Absolutely horrible business. Do not try to get ice cream here. I tried once at 8:30pm and once 8:10pm both times I was told too late for ice cream. I will never go to this location again.

I recently visited this ice cream shop and was pretty disappointed. The chocolate ice cream I ordered was frostbitten and tasted mid at best. I also didn't appreciate that a customer was allowed in with their dog (and it was definitely not a service pet). Overall, it was not a very enjoyable experience.

We drove 20 minutes to get ice cream. Arrived 30 minutes before closing and all the ice cream was removed from the freezer. We weren’t able to order any ice cream because they had cleaned it out. They laughed at us as we were leaving with our 3 kids. Do not recommend this place at all

Management needs to fire everyone in there as their customer service is horrible. No vanilla ice cream, or just too lazy to refill. Also don’t show up 30 minutes before closing. They are pissed off and will not get it for you if it requires a dirty spoon. Think twice. You’ve been warned.

This place is rock bottom. Don’t go here. I paid $50 for a custom cake for finishing my PHD and they literally wrote the instructions on the cake… like, what the hell??

** 0 STAR REVIEW: I swear this place is terrible. Me and my mom went there monday night (30 minutes before they closed) to get a scoop of ice cream. We pull up to the drive thru window and the girl told us “Baskin-Robbins portion is closed on Monday’s”…….girl be so for real. she sounded like we were getting on her nerves and she didn’t even want to greet us.I really don’t believe this location is going to be open long because every time I went, they have been rude to me and had the most disgusting attitude. I’ll eat a jean jacket before going back to that location. ever.

Slow service, overpriced for value. Dinosaur sundae was missing sprinkles and special top. Desired flavors were unavailable. Employee was laughing throughout drive thru order and unprofessional. Quoted charge after order was lower than amount stated at the window when paying. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a timing conflict with not receiving a paid cake order in time so I initially tried to cancel with the manager, who told me she couldn't handle it in store and referred me to corporate customer service to cancel. I spoke with them but my 5-yo son asked me not to cancel the cake (he was so excited about his Batman cake and was willing to wait an extra day for it) so I told customer service that I didn't need to cancel anything. My son woke up the next day asking when we could pick up his birthday cake. I called the store 5 times over the course of the day trying to confirm the pickup time but no one answered. It kept going to voicemail. I added an extra hour and a half to the initial agreed-upon time to pick up the cake. When we showed up to pick it up, the employee said they had no cake orders on file and gave me her cell phone to speak with the manager, who was not on-site. She had canceled my order -- despite having told me she couldn't do that on her end when I tried to cancel initially; she was defensive and blamed me for the situation. Then, I asked if they had refunded me. They had not. The manager had lied about not being able to cancel cake orders, sent me to corporate to cancel my order, went ahead and canceled my order but didn't refund me. They had no plans to refund me unless I showed up in person and requested it (I confirmed this with the manager). Insult to injury: the employee couldn't figure out a way to refund the proper amount so they shorted us.We ended up finding the same cake design at Giant and the bakery department was wonderfully courteous and caring, going above and beyond to make our son's birthday special. Save yourself a lot of money and hassle and avoid this place!
