Bonchon Chicken 🐔chicken wings made were absolutely delicious 😋—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We all really loved them, and the flavor was truly special.
I usually don’t dare eat fried chicken elsewhere, and if I do, I have to peel off the skin because the batter is usually too thick. But your chicken was perfectly done, and the meat was very fresh.
My husband used to run a restaurant and normally doesn’t like chicken at all, but today he ate four or five wings and kept saying how authentic the flavor was 👍👍👍

We went there for a last minute dinner with an out of town guest. The greeter was very welcoming & friendly. He also seated & waited on us. He was the most professional & kind waiter we have probably had in 10 years. He was also processing carry out & checking on other customers. Dining room was light tonight but the atmosphere & food were excellent. We ordered house fried rice, spicy fries & fried chicken strips with soy/garlic & spicy. All excellent. We will definitely go back.
Bonchon chicken always slaps. Sad that its so expensive but no other Korean chicken in the area is as good so it's worth it to me.

The soy and garlic wings are extra crispy, flavorful, and are the best wings you may ever eat. The Japchae is heaven on earth and we get it every time. This location always does a good job with service, food, and is a more attractive location than usual. The only reason I rate the best Bonchon 4 stars is because the chain has always been expensive for the portion sizes.

Your team member server: L500 was extremely rude this afternoon when I picked up my order.Issue: I had a coupon on my phone that needed to be redeemed and showed to the cashier; I showed him the coupon and with a condescending and rude tone your cashier (L500) ( the boy with the light Green dyed hair and feminine voice) kept telling me with rude gestures and tone that I needed to input the coupon info on the tablet. Ps: the coupon had no number, it only needed to be showed which is what I explained to him but he kept being aggressive and some making rude gestures and attempted to argue.I asked him for an extra bbq sauce and even offered to pay and responded by saying with a condescending tone that "the store does not GiVE out sauce to customers". I left the store immediately to avoid any escalation.I am writing this formal complain for you to RE-TRAIN your employee to treat his customers with respect. A lot of us would not tolerate any disrespect especially when we spend our hard-earned money in the store. I will not come back in your store until this employee is re-trained or someone with better customer service skills is hired.

If I'm going to dine-in, I place an order online so I my wings can get a head start. They have pitchers of water and cups you can grab and find a table. If my food isn't ready, they're kind enough to bring it to me when it's done. I only go for the soy garlic wings and the taste is great and consistent. The jap chae is also a favorite with bulgolgi meat
