If I'm going to dine-in, I place an order online so I my wings can get a head start. They have pitchers of water and cups you can grab and find a table. If my food isn't ready, they're kind enough to bring it to me when it's done. I only go for the soy garlic wings and the taste is great and consistent. The jap chae is also a favorite with bulgolgi meat
Ordered 32 wings online. Was ready for curbside pickup when arrived. Employee who brought the food out was friendly. Food was great for my party.

Visited this location for the first time and expected to dine in but evidently this is not an option, they have the whole place setup but you cannot use it. I ordered the Korean tacos lunch special which consists of two tacos for $13.15 so $6.50 per taco. This was a street taco size flour tortilla with bulgogi beef an odd whole piece of romaine lettuce, slaw, some red onion, and sauces. Also the beef bulgogi was literally steak-umm slices chopped up with almost no flavor. May try this place again but not expecting much.

This was my first time eating Korean-style wings, After growing up in the South with fried chicken and eating wings all over, I absolutely loved these wings. They had the perfect amount of crispiness. Also, the Korean BBQ and soy garlic sauces were delicious. They also had the right amount of sauce on the wings. These are def my favorite wings. Also, the bulgogi was delicious. I'm so glad my family introduced me to Bonchon!

First time eating Korean chicken. Suggestion of one of the foodies on my team. Chicken didn't disappoint. I split my order of 4 drumsticks and got half with the signature sauce and the other half was Korean bbq with coleslaw. We ate in and were expecting to have a bear and we found out they don't sell liquor so that put a damper on the trip. The food was excellent and the service was top tier. The were younger than us by appearance and mannerism and they handled our group with all its question without any complications. The only thing we would do different is take it to go instead of eating there so this chicken could be enjoyed with a beer. No pictures were taken but the food looks like the food on the menu h.

My husband ordered from the Manassas location 2 weeks ago and some pieces of the wings were undercooked. He contacted them and attached pictures and never got a response or anything.

Vibe here is completely different than what it used to be. Now you order at the register and they bring your food to your table in to go bags with paper plates. Basically take out, but eaten there. 3 people standing at the bar just kind of watching over but not at all serving. Such a bummer.

Yesterday I placed an order at this store and when I picked it up I asked for spicy mayonnaise and they didn't even want to give me siracha. I don't know if they have changed owners. because I have always gone and I have had no problems. Then the manager comes out, another one who shouldn't work with clients, told me to eat the fries with ketchup and if I wanted to, I had to pay more for the sauce. This is ridiculous. I pay $82 and ask for a sauce and they don't want to give it to me? We hope not to return to that Manassas store for a long, long time.Vegetarian options: N nothing to say

I’m so tired of the inconsistency between Bon Chon locations. The strips here are so thin and flattened. Tough, chewy, and heavily relying on the sauce. You used to be excited to introduce someone to Bon Chon chicken. Now it’s so hit or miss. Might as well go to BWW if this is how it’s gonna be.

Hands down- the best chicken wings/drums I've ever tried. The spicy is so spicy yet so good. Service was great (didn't like the kimchi though) the fries were delicious. The wings were very crunchy and my kids loved it too. Definitely recommend

I got my chicken dry and it was like eating jerky and no staff wanted to help me. I asked for at least more sauce and the to waiters told it wasnt their problem. If the managers read this please train your employees better and look out for your customers. If im paying $20+ for food here at least give me more sauce and cook the chicken better

Tried this place and was not disappointed. The service was quick and the food was delicious. I had the bibimbap with bulgogi and the pork puns. The portion size for both was very generous and the flavors were phenomenal. Will definitely be back for more.
