I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake from Bruster’s, and I was so disappointed. The milkshake was bland and watery because the girl added way too much milk, even after I specifically asked for it to be thick. It lacked the rich, creamy flavor you expect from a good milkshake, and I felt like I wasted both my time and money. Honestly, I would’ve been better off going to Five Guys across the street—they consistently make thick, flavorful milkshakes that never disappoint. Unfortunately, this experience left me unsatisfied, and I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.

I am a long-time customer of Bruster's real ice cream place. Their ice creams and milkshakes taste amazingly flavorful. I like how sugar is balanced. They are very generous with their scoops. Ice cream is my favorite dessert, and I have tried it everywhere. I can confidently say that if you try it once, you will become a regular customer. I'm happy to have them in my area.
