The girls and male were really sweet with me and made my day and they make really good smoothies 😋
This experience was really nice the serves was really good the lady and man were nice and we had a great talk
THEY DON’T DO REFUNDS. Nastiest drink ever. I got a “strawberry” slush with tapioca. However, it tasted more like sugar and lemonade. They apparently don’t do refunds as I paid $17 for 2 drinks. Very liquidated and too sweet. Kung fu tea is a better alternative.
VEEY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The guy working there right now, at 4:45 today, Aug 27, 2025 in Manassas Mall is VERY RUDE. I asked for a smoothie and he was veey rude. I tried to brush it off but his rudness continued while he was veey kind to the other 2 customers waiting. I was visiting again after my 1st visit yesterday, but not when being treated like that.
the best mangonada I’ve had !
Really good place and the smoothies are really good and really good quality in the customer service is really nice and kind❤️😚
Got the banana and mango smoothie and holy crap it is the best thing I've ever had!
Drink was watered down. I've had better bubble teas elsewhere. Don't plan on returning.
This has been the worst drink I have ever tasted in my entire existence. The ingredients were not fresh, the drinks were being made with powder while displaying real fruit on the stand which is false advertisement. I am severely disappointed. I will not be back.
Very good product, the people are very kind and the products are very good 100%?

Very good drinks, especially the smoothies ☺️ star product quality service with the people who work there ☺️
I love the smoothies and juices they sell here. All made fresh and with quality fruit or vegetables. And specialized care.

Tried a couple favors and they're NOT good. The green tea is just matcha and milk, not actual tea. Unfortunately the worst teas I've ever tried and tossed it after one sip :( but nice guy and cute stand in the mall

I think since this is the only Boba spot in the mall, they have no incentive to do a good job because there's no competition. The "ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES" sign on their front counter was a bad omen. I'd wager the employees aren't paid a livable wage, so I can't blame them for not working with a sense of urgency. But yeah, when we went they were working really slow. I was still friendly though and placed my order. After I paid, she said for one of the drinks, there wasn't enough boba...? I honestly don't know if that's what the issue was for sure but that's what I was gathering. I asked if they could split what Boba they had between me and my friend's drink. They said no. I asked if we could switch one of my friend's drink with a strawberry drink instead of a milk drink so she can get strawberry boba, and I get the rest of the tapioca boba. They said no. They pretty much refused to give us the drink we ordered, and refused to make a new drink. Like, sometimes in a cafe you have to scrap a drink and make a new one. I worked at Starbucks and that happens all the time. That's not a possibility for them though. Then the employee told me to wait. I saw they just made a huge batch of tapioca boba. They gave us the drinks we ordered, boba and all. So what was the point of telling us there's no boba and stressing everyone out, when you had boba that was a minute from being ready?! I don't mind waiting and extra minute. Sheesh. I'm pretty sure they put in almost no boba in the cup out of spite. Like there was enough to barely coat the bottom of the cup (you want boba to at least cover the bottom 1/4 to 1/3 of the cup). It tasted alright, but after the boba was out it wasn't worth drinking anymore so I tossed half of the drink in the trash.
I know my review doesn't make a difference because like I said, they're the only boba spot at the mall so they have no incentive to do a good job. But if another boba spot opens at the mall, they should be shaking in their boots because I don't think they'll last long with customer service like that. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
