I ordered 50 wings, and I was trying to activate an offer of 6 free wings when $10 spent. I explained to the store manager and she gave me the 6 wings without any problem! My order was done quickly and the staff were really nice. I love ordering from here!

Remembered why I stopped coming to BWW - All you can eat was the biggest rip off, when our waiter ghosted us most of the night. It's easier to put Barry Bonds in the hall of fame than it is to put in an order here. Didn't get any fries or side orders until they were served as a side to my check. Just hard to empathize when Im one of three tables. Oof.

I thought I would try the grilled chicken and tater tots. The chicken was a big disappointment for me. I thought they might be more grilled. Not very many as you can see. Tots to me did not taste fresh but will come back for 2nd try soon

Don’t come here. Horrible service by the staff working there when I went April 29th at 9pm. The hostess seemed almost disinterested once we arrived and took some time to seat us despite the restaurant being far from full. After being seated we were not even given menus and it took nearly 20 minutes to receive from the hostess. Finally after about 30 minutes after I had arrived a waitress came up at which point we told her we are ready to order. She told us she was gonna get our drinks then take our order down but upon a slow return from getting our waters and immediately left again without a word or taking our order. At this point we decided to leave as it had been 40mins since we had arrived on a slow night and we had not even ordered yet. I would rather drive the additional time it takes to a different location instead of eating here again. 0 stars.

Food was cold , no celery no carrots No napkins , asked for lemon slices, we had just 2 for 4 people. Service was bad , looks like new hire but no help to support. I came because of my friends. Will never again It doesn’t worth the money we paid

This is how my happy place looks. The wings were absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The beer was ice-cold and bubbly, just the way it should be. Huge shout out to Kimberly and Reagan for their amazing service — they were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon!

I can only give them one star because I have to. That’s the only reason that I can post this review. I was never I never received my food and I was told that my sister could not get the food that she ordered and so when I called to complain. I was able to talk to a cashier and never was able to talk to a manager, so who’s running this joint Never will go back. Service is terrible the food I can’t comment because I never got it and the server told me my sister could not get what she wanted so I believe that this place should not be in service in the Gainesville area of Virginia.

The service was great. My server was knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations. The ambiance is high energy, with all of the sports being shown simultaneously. It's also an appropriate restart for kids, and there's even a kids' menu with some classic options.

Don’t even bother going here. Told me there’s a wait to be seated and they’d call me. Waited 30 mins came back in and they said “you can seat yourself and I’ll bring you some menus” never called nor texted, went to our booth. Sat there for 20 mins, nobody greeted us, brought us menus or even acknowledged us. I had to go up to the people in the front just to have a menu brought to us. The waiter comes over 5 mins later, writes our order on a receipt and “puts our order in” never came back to check on us or update us. A party of 6 comes in and eventually ends up getting their food before us (a party of 2) WE HAD BEEN WAITING OVER 1HR FOR OUR FOOD. Our server never came to our table. A different server came over and said they would check on our food twice (never an update). We never got our food and left after an hour plus wait. I’m not one to write a review but don’t waste your time going here. The service is absolutely awful. Every time I’ve gone here it’s always SOMETHING.

Don’t come here. We sat ourselves. Had multiple wait staff notice us but not approach us. We had to eventually get the attention of one person who passed us along to another server. We ordered cheese curds and wings. There was only about 3 tables so though the food should’ve come out quick, it came out quickly after ordered, burnt. We spoke with the manager who apologized, we left without eating as it was inedible and the service the worst I’ve had. When you have multiple team members standing around there is a severe management problem.
Virtually dead every night and I can see why. The staff insisted on taking our drinks immediately at midnight, even though the google listing shows they’re open until 1pm which is why we chose this spot. I can’t imagine this location will be open much longer. They took my wife’s drink even though she was only half way done. Never coming back.

One thing about this location, you MUST check your order before you leave. There is ALWAYS something missing even though it is on the receipt. Carrots and celery missing but I got the ranch and Bleu cheese.

Ordered for pick up and everytime I go in there is no one in the counter, the service is mediocre and they have forgotten the sauces multiple times. The food is good but the service and attention to detail could massively improve.
