My favorite buffalo wild wing location! Their wings are well coated with the sauce you ask for and the fries are always good. Oh and the drinks are so good, that is the alcoholic ones. I do love the strawberry lemonade one as well. The workers are very nice too!

Empty on a Saturday dinner hour. There was a faint smell like dirty mop. Food took and exceedingly long time to come out. Over 30 minutes for an empty restaurant. Was good they had three different football games going on.

READ THIS Trash trash trash I seriously have never experienced anything like this. I didn’t even want to eat, I left the food barely touched. This place is disgusting, they are never busy& still have to send an order back FOUR TIMES IM NOT EXAGGERATING TO GET KIND OF WHAT YOU ORDERED AND THEY STILL LEAVE OUT THE SIDE AND RANCH! DO NOT EAT HERE! Multiple people were complaining and they weren’t even busy. They had to come back and ask the same question on what we ordered over and over again! I spent 107$ and it was equal to me just lighting 100$ bill on fire. I seriously should dispute the charges it’s criminal. I walked out of this place hungry

This place consistently has crap service. Not only are the staff rude, but they are inconsiderate. After a few months hiatus, after they continously got my online orders wrong, I decided to give them another chance. When ordering online, to try and get the 20 wing special for $19.99, the payment would not work. After trying 3 different times, with 3 different cards, I called the store. Only to be told that the special cannot be ordered by phone. So if the website doesn't work, and the app doesn't work, how are you supposed to order? You know, everytime I shop at Harris Teeter and drive past this particular Buffalo Wild Wings, it is empty. And I always ask myself how you stay in business. I guess I will never know. Good luck, you lost another customer.

After seeing the negative reviews, we still went there hoping for the reviews to be somewhat overstated. But as forewarned, yes, the service was meh. The wings were alright but the loaded chili nachos were weak and skimping with ingredients and the fries weren’t fresh. It took forever for our second round of beer, we lost the buzz and cancelled it. It doesn’t hurt to crack a little grin in the presence of people who’s out to enjoy themselves. Just saying.

Reagan is the best manager at Buffalo Wild Wings! Every time I come in, she has my order ready perfectly, perfectly packed, and always with a great attitude. I asked for some extra sauce on wings, and she didn’t even hesitate—she made sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to see this level of customer service.
