This place consistently has crap service. Not only are the staff rude, but they are inconsiderate. After a few months hiatus, after they continously got my online orders wrong, I decided to give them another chance. When ordering online, to try and get the 20 wing special for $19.99, the payment would not work. After trying 3 different times, with 3 different cards, I called the store. Only to be told that the special cannot be ordered by phone. So if the website doesn't work, and the app doesn't work, how are you supposed to order? You know, everytime I shop at Harris Teeter and drive past this particular Buffalo Wild Wings, it is empty. And I always ask myself how you stay in business. I guess I will never know. Good luck, you lost another customer.

After seeing the negative reviews, we still went there hoping for the reviews to be somewhat overstated. But as forewarned, yes, the service was meh. The wings were alright but the loaded chili nachos were weak and skimping with ingredients and the fries weren’t fresh. It took forever for our second round of beer, we lost the buzz and cancelled it. It doesn’t hurt to crack a little grin in the presence of people who’s out to enjoy themselves. Just saying.

Reagan is the best manager at Buffalo Wild Wings! Every time I come in, she has my order ready perfectly, perfectly packed, and always with a great attitude. I asked for some extra sauce on wings, and she didn’t even hesitate—she made sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to see this level of customer service. She’s professional, kind, and truly amazing at what she does. Thank you, Reagan, for always going above and beyond!

I ordered 50 wings, and I was trying to activate an offer of 6 free wings when $10 spent. I explained to the store manager and she gave me the 6 wings without any problem! My order was done quickly and the staff were really nice. I love ordering from here!
Remembered why I stopped coming to BWW - All you can eat was the biggest rip off, when our waiter ghosted us most of the night. It's easier to put Barry Bonds in the hall of fame than it is to put in an order here. Didn't get any fries or side orders until they were served as a side to my check. Just hard to empathize when Im one of three tables. Oof.

I thought I would try the grilled chicken and tater tots. The chicken was a big disappointment for me. I thought they might be more grilled. Not very many as you can see. Tots to me did not taste fresh but will come back for 2nd try soon

Don’t come here. Horrible service by the staff working there when I went April 29th at 9pm. The hostess seemed almost disinterested once we arrived and took some time to seat us despite the restaurant being far from full. After being seated we were not even given menus and it took nearly 20 minutes to receive from the hostess. Finally after about 30 minutes after I had arrived a waitress came up at which point we told her we are ready to order. She told us she was gonna get our drinks then take our order down but upon a slow return from getting our waters and immediately left again without a word or taking our order. At this point we decided to leave as it had been 40mins since we had arrived on a slow night and we had not even ordered yet. I would rather drive the additional time it takes to a different location instead of eating here again. 0 stars.

Food was cold , no celery no carrots No napkins , asked for lemon slices, we had just 2 for 4 people. Service was bad , looks like new hire but no help to support. I came because of my friends. Will never again It doesn’t worth the money we paid

This is how my happy place looks. The wings were absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The beer was ice-cold and bubbly, just the way it should be. Huge shout out to Kimberly and Reagan for their amazing service — they were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon!
