If you've ever been to a Buffalo wild wings, then you know what to expect here. The server was way behind, so a manager came over and took our order and got us started. Even though it was early and happy hour, took a long time for the wings to come out.
Reagan is the best manager at Buffalo Wild Wings! Every time I come in, she has my order ready perfectly, perfectly packed, and always with a great attitude. I asked for some extra sauce on wings, and she didn’t even hesitate—she made sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to see this level of customer service. She’s professional, kind, and truly amazing at what she does. Thank you, Reagan, for always going above and beyond!
I ordered 50 wings, and I was trying to activate an offer of 6 free wings when $10 spent. I explained to the store manager and she gave me the 6 wings without any problem! My order was done quickly and the staff were really nice. I love ordering from here!
