Whoever the cashier with the blonde highlights is, she should not be working in customer service. Her attitude was completely disgusting, unprofessional and disrespectful. She humiliated a family that came in after us over what seemed like a simple miscommunication. There’s absolutely no reason to treat customers that way.
To make it worse, she later spoke in Spanish to her coworkers saying, “I asked him six times if that’s what he wants,” with clear frustration and anger in her voice. It was uncomfortable to witness and left a terrible impression. No one deserves to be spoken to like that.

The service is good but they have gotten my order wrong about 50% of the times that I've been here. The only reason I continue to come here is because my kids love the fries. They had really good management here but I haven't seen them in a while.

I recently ordered delivery and was sent the wrong drink. I ordered a diet cola and was sent a frozen coke. I am severely allergic to HFCS and they sent me a drink with HFCS in it. I am being refused a refund by their online order staff and am being given a joke of a 'coupon' that requires me to spend more money at a place that sent me a drink that could send my to the hospital. Cruel, ableist, garbage behavior. AVOID THEM

It’s honestly impressive how consistently they can get orders wrong. I have never received a correct order from this restaurant in the last 3 years. Never. BK support now refuses to remediate, and has now said “deal with it”.

Though I usually go to the location overnight on my nights off, whenever I go there is not usually a problem. Even late at night, at 1 or 2 in the morning, when I order food it is perfect. I usually order french fries and they are awesome. The people are usually very nice also.
