I recently ordered delivery and was sent the wrong drink. I ordered a diet cola and was sent a frozen coke. I am severely allergic to HFCS and they sent me a drink with HFCS in it. I am being refused a refund by their online order staff and am being given a joke of a 'coupon' that requires me to spend more money at a place that sent me a drink that could send my to the hospital. Cruel, ableist, garbage behavior. AVOID THEM

Though I usually go to the location overnight on my nights off, whenever I go there is not usually a problem. Even late at night, at 1 or 2 in the morning, when I order food it is perfect. I usually order french fries and they are awesome. The people are usually very nice also.

Best burger around at 3am, but they went a little heavy on the condiments.
I get the meal for 2, and make a double whopper. It's so good!! The staff is nice. Place is clean. For the price, best taste and a lot of food.

The girl at the first window was great. She showed up at the 2nd window to hand me my order too and I couldn’t keep up. They were surprisingly efficient. The food was good for what it is (fast food) so that’s great. And yeah. Pretty great.

This lady was in line in front of me tonight in the drive thru absolutely losing her crap tonight-- they handled her so well and were so respectful. The dealt with her and got my meal to me quickly. Everything ordered was made correctly, even the many customizations to each of the orders. 5 stars for this location (1 star for the mega mean lady with the "Real Women Love Jesus" stickwe)

Worst BK I have ever been They made me wait about 15 mins to take my order in the drive thru no cars in front of me worst of all is the scam, my order had one price on the screen and when I got to the window they charged me a little more than $4 over the price in the screen plus tax, I got no napkins no straw for my drink Definitely not going back to that place ever

I've ordered delivery a few times (through the BK app) from this particular location and my order is usually missing items. And they only offer future order credits/coupons for incorrect orders, when I'd rather just have the correct order, or at least money back for the missing items. I think I'd be more forgiving if the food was good, but it's barely passable. Save yourself the disappointment (and money!) and go to Cookout down the street.
