I just went to Burger King by the Mall to get breakfast. All I had was a $50 bill and because of that I was unable to get food. The lady in the drive through said they didn’t have change, which is crazy to me knowing your a fast food restaurant and should have all types of bills at hand for paying customers. So basically any paying customer that comes right now will not be getting food if they only have cash/large bills. Poor customer service

Whoever the cashier with the blonde highlights is, she should not be working in customer service. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She humiliated a family that came in after us over what seemed like a simple miscommunication. There’s absolutely no reason to treat customers that way.

To make it worse, she later spoke in Spanish to her coworkers saying, “I asked him six times if that’s what he wants,” with clear frustration and anger in her voice. It was uncomfortable to witness and left a terrible impression. No one deserves to be spoken to like that.

I came here at 1pm in the afternoon and everyone up front walked away from the counter. Nobody wanted to serve me or take my order. I will never be coming back again. Terrible service, terrible people.

When they handle food they don’t wear gloves literally I just saw this guy touch patties with his bare hand. He just came from the back who knows what he has been touching

Person was using a vape with the same gloves that he was using to prepare food. Workers weren’t wearing uniforms and weren’t using hair nets or hats. Some food was left out while still being charged.

This Burger King is weird. Every time they tell me to park somewhere when they don’t have any traffic. I feel like they spitting in my burger or something. Or they tell me do not pull up the 2nd window stay here

Usually..... and I do mean usually Burger King has always been AWESOME. It's kinda like Visiting an old relative; I've been visiting Burger King restaurants for 55 yrs plus, and overall I love Burger King. But the staff today needs better customer service training in friendliness, attentiveness, and safe food handling for the times we're in .... the dining area was super clean and pleasant to visit. The food today seemed a little less than normal. Hoping for better next time. Staff needs attention.

Legacy

Sorry excuse of workers. They sat around and made conversation instead of making my order. I finally said something after about 10 minutes. And still no sense of urgency. And after all the waiting still got the wrong order Imagine that. Ridículo!!
