Me and my wife visited this location on October 21st. 2024 and we were unimpressed. There were a couple things to note during this visit and I will accompany the post with photos. The tables were dirty. We had to clean them ourselves. Their floors were dirty and unsightly to look at the chairs and the booths that we sat at were stitched together and cracking. We were sitting in a Sunny spot and wanted draw some shade and noticed The blinds are absolutely dirty,And last but not least, the service was below mediocre. It seemed as though the manager and employees catered to Hispanic customers Only and were frumpy and rude when with other customers like myself. A lot of (matter fact) tone. I do not recommend anyone to come to this specific restaurant unless it is your only option.

I visited Burger King on 8330 Sudley RD, yesterday night and was thoroughly disappointed. Food was cold and bland, and the fries were soggy. To make matters worse, the customer service was atrocious. The staff seemed disinterested and rude, making no effort to address my concerns when I complained. It’s clear that both the quality of the food and the level of service need serious improvement. I won't be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone anymore for the past 5 years it was good. Definitely last night personal wasn't it.

I just went to buy at this place there is a girl who helped me who has a horrible attitude I don't know why they have this type of staff working there my order number is 62 I was ordering and they were not giving me the correct mind my order was ordering 3 Hamburger and 3 fries and 3 drinks and they were charging me $55 when I told her that it was not correct, my horden was saying bad words in the middle of her lips I could read her and the boy who was there peacefully tried to help me but she continued with her arrogance and said ugly things to him they believe that it is correct to have a type of staff with vocabulary without respect for this in a job I do not recommend it anymore I think that the owner of the place manager must take this into account when I buy it was time 5:32 pm 8/31/2024 ???

Today 08/10/2024 Me and my family, visited #burgerking in, 8330 Sudley Rd, Manassas, VA 20109. And we ordered food the ladie whom takes order made a mistake and and we ask her to correct and give us what we want. There was a young girl with heavy makeup take orders in Drive thru, she suddenly came and approached us with bad behavior and said shame on you guys. She interfere during our conversation with the lady who takes orders.
I had a wary bad experience with this Branch and she was make us feel bad and i never ever visit this branch. #burgerkingus shuld give their staff training.
Was late to pick up my order and was still told to wait on the side there are 6 cars here waiting and it is quite odd that it seems very common at this location. I don’t think I will come back to this one.
I ordered my food at 10:12pm and it is 11pm and I still haven’t got it.

Careful here. They have been known to refry fries, onion rings, mozzarella fries, essentially anything that can be refried. I have seen it twice now and it explains why it's always oily and overcooked.

Love the Perks Just don't ask for a large cup of ice ,they charge one dollar.A small cup of ice is free of charge.

Went through drive thru today, ordered my food and paid. I was then told to go park in the parking lot and wait for my food. 6 other cars were also waiting in the parking lot near the entrance. After 10 minutes, we finally got our food. The employee name Oscar was nice about the whole thing when he brought our food. Interesting though how many cars were waiting.
