The Family Bundle, used to be $12.99 not even 2 years ago and now it is $17.49, Ridiculous. Also, hire people that speak English I know Prince William County is 80% Hispanic now, but it would be nice to speak to someone that can speak English.

I went here for two things chicken fries and onion rings. I got up to the speaker and was told they had no chicken fries or onion rings. Even though it's advertised all over the menu and something they're well known for they had none. I went to leave and was then pinned in by cars for over 15 minutes waiting on their terrible and slow customer service. Wtf

I wish i had my money back. I was hungry and had $7. Now i am slightly less hungry but disappointed, with 7 less dollars. I have options here. BK isn't trying for my business.Service was great, friendly and fast--it's the quality of the BK food that disappointed me.The melty sandwich thing was much smaller than it looked on the app, the bun was sesame instead of sourdough, the sauce was gross and too sweet, there was too much of the fake cheese sauce.The cheese sticks were too salty and the breading was just bad. The marinara was way too sweet and the seasonings weird....I enjoyed the Dr. Pepper.Parking: The entrance was extremely annoying to get into

This location is clean and has good food, but check your bag. I have yet to get everything. It's like MacGyver, it skips a step in recreating your order. I was one of 2 cars in the drive thru at 9:30 at night. I paid for 3 burgers, we got 2. This is a theme for this location. Balls Ford location is 5 min away and much more guaranteed.

Ordered Double Whopper meal, Received extremely cold single whopper and cold fries, threw it away and walked into 5 guys next door. paying $14 for a meal you would hope quality is there.

My wife and I often stop here around 8 or 9 p.m., I'm not disappointed with this spot because the food is always fresh around this time. We used to live near another BK and the service at night was not good. I was expecting the same at this one, and was surprised that the fries and food were hot, like fresh hot. We stopped here a lot and the only complaint I would have for food and service is that sometimes the fries are not salted. That's it. The employees are nice to us and patient when we can't make up her mind on what the order. The building in parking lot or a little bit run-down, but that's likely due to the age of the location. Keep up the good work, BK!Vegetarian options: Meat substitute and vegetarian options are available for a lot of the entrees.Parking: 20+ parking spots available all day, most days of the week.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wheelchair ramp on site.
