Made the best bacon Swiss I’ve ever had I ask for the spicy sauce + jalapeños.. PERFECT. Kudos to the crew Friday at just before 7pm on 9/5/25

Young girl at window was too busy running her mouth with coworkers and after we got back on the road realized she had completely messed up our order 😠 didn't have time to go back and was really upset.

Bad customer service
Unfortunately, with us living in the world of cell phones.. You can stand there trying to order food and people will be standing there on their cell phone, not doing their job…. What happened to not being on your cell phone at work? Nowadays, we can’t even get the managers to stay off their.
Yeah if you want diarrhea and you wanna shit your pants then come on down to Burger King on Dumphries where they treat you like real royalty. Close the doors on this one or hire some people that have some damn sense. I do not recommend for anybody.
This place has roaches.
I had an order on 3/10 that I placed on 5:30, arrived to pick up by 5:45 at the drive thru… only issue is that I waited and waited at the order menu with no response. Drove up to the window and saw someone moving in the back. When I knocked on the window, they moved to hide themselves. Not sure what game they’re playing at because both the app and sign on the store said drive thru is open at 5:00.
Frustrated because I just wanted to use my free churro deal (available only for that morning). Now I got to work almost late with no breakfast. Shame on this location for wasting people’s time.
CLEAN YOUR PLAYGROUND AND STOP PUTTING UP SIGNS THAT IT'S CLOSED! IT'S UNFAIR TO CHILDREN.
Always a fan of the impossible burger with no cheese/mayo/animal secretions ☺️

Ordered from them on grubhub, it literally has a sticker on the bag, and they forget the most expensive item, and then give me one completely wrong item. What happened to double checking orders before sending them out?
These people, women who work in that fast food restaurant, do not give good customer service. 5 times with this one, they do not give me sauces, I always ask them now, it will get better, I am changing to MC Sonal, it is better, bad service, terrible service.
Beyond gross. Employees were refilling the ice in the lobby machine using garbage bags not a sanitized bucket. Manager stood there and watched. Employee then used his bare hands to break up the ice. No joke. I approached them and the male employee started screaming at me in Spanish. Managers shirt was caked in animal fur. I'll be avoiding this location.

Our food was fresh but the lettuce was brown and tomatoes were green. So after we ditched the nasty salad ontop of our burgers, it wasn't to bad. The workers aren't friendly and are borderline rude.

At this point everyone knows to check the bag at BK... but this time was beyond the scope for even BK. Maria should NOT interact with the customers in the drive thru she was RUDE and very aggressive. You've got a real problem upper management. The owner should be absolutely ashamed to allow this to take place. Not only is she hard to understand but she is pushy and talked the other employee so aggressive that she just stood there and had no idea what to do or say. ATTENTION DISTRICT MANAGEMENT you should take a VERY close look at this BK and the employees you have here. It's only a matter of time before they sink ANOTHER bk franchise, maybe work this one for a few weeks to see what's truly happening here. ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS
