A SINGLE USE KEY YO USE THE RESTROOM??????? EMPLOYEES USE A PAPER TOWEL TO TAKE THE KEY FROM YOU AND TO WALK OVER AND UNLOCK IT FOR THEMSELVES TO USE THE RESTROOM... BUT THEY'RE NO PAPER TOWELS IN THE RESTROOM FOR CUSTOMERS TO BRING IT BACK ONLY AIR DRYERS.... THIS IS SOME DUMB STUFF... SO CUSTOMERS CAN'T EVEN WASH THEIR HANDS WITHOUT RETOUCHING THAT DIRTY KEY BEFORE THEY GO EAT AND TOUCH THEIR FRENCH FRIES AND ONION RINGS.... DOORS SHOULD HAVE A CODE BUTTON ON IT AND THEY DON'T THEY USE AN ACTUAL KEY WHAT A WEIRD LOW BUDGET LOW TECH 1980S WELL MAYBE '70S SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM THE RESTROOMS THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS AND UNSANITARY FOR THE CUSTOMERS

The manager of the night shift is very terrible, her name is Irma, we always ask for a number 1 and a number 3 for the medium combos, she always changes them for large ones and does not give us the receipt, today we went as usual and ordered sweet tea and She gave us simple tea, it's terrible service whenever she's there.

I had to repeat my order a couple times through the drive thru before the employee over the speaker could understand my English. Was disappointed that they were out of shakes and frozen drinks. Food and service was good overall.

Always check your order because 90% of the time it's wrong. Even if you order is right the food is cold and it's a small portion. If you pull up to the drive through they immediately start speaking Spanish. Everyone there has a nasty attitude they don't speak to you unless they have to.
I love this location but please stop putting stickers on the bags. They tear and spill all over my car. This is the second time.

My husband and I visited your location tonight, we have been customers here for a long time, we use the BK Perks because we enjoy Burger King. Tonight the girl working at the window refused to allow my husband to use his free Whopper points without requiring us to pay for fries and a drink… the BK reward didn’t state that as a requirement and when we got to the window and asked about it all she could say those are our rules and she didn’t know and when he asked why it doesn’t say that on the app she said she didn’t know and couldn’t explain it to us. Then when we attempted to call the phone number posted at the window to ask - the call would not go through. We didn’t just come to get a free sandwich, we came to order 2 other meals for our home… what is the point having or accepting BK rewards if your employees have no idea what’s going on and refuse to honor them. We could have gotten free perks at McDonald’s and had them honored- which is where we will go from now on. Educate and train your staff - their unprofessionalism is a terrible color for Burger King!

Ordered a Texas double whopper meal which comes with bacon and two patties and cheese. I didn’t get any of those things on the burger as you can see. Had this happened multiple times at this location. Worst part about it is if you call them if you can even get them to answer first, they tell you to go on the app and deal with that way problem is either they you a $10 gift card or wait within 24 to 48 hours for someone to contact you. It’s just too much of a hassle when they screw up.
