Stop by because I was craving a burger. And let me tell you what this was the best whopper that I’ve had in years. The fries were also nice and hot. Plus they had salt on them. I’m not from this area. I’m from Winchester, Virginia and you guys put them to Shame! I’ll be sure to stop by the next time I come back through!

1/5 Stars. This store was an absolute nightmare. The staff was unfriendly and unable to communicate in English, and the service was completely disorganized. They seemed entirely focused on the drive-thru, to the point of neglecting walk-in customers. When my burger arrived, they provided neither ketchup nor napkins. When I tried to ask one of the staff—who appeared to be a kitchen helper—about menu options like a salad, they couldn't understand the request at all. Compounding the misery, these basic necessities were not available anywhere. This was, without a doubt, the worst fast-food experience I have ever had, confirming my suspicion that Burger King's standards have severely deteriorated.

The manager in the morning on Wednesday, her name starts with an M. She likes to put her fingers in your cup while handing it to you! When I asked for a new cup from another employee she noticed and started laughing until I caught her. Then heads to the kitchen to talk shit in Spanish as if I didn’t know. This location is such a mess!!! Never again, disgusting disgrace of a human.

This location needs stronger evening management and accountability. I placed an Uber Eats order around 8–9 PM, but when the driver arrived, staff claimed it had already been picked up — even though we were home waiting, as usual. When I asked them to remake it, the employee refused and told me to contact Uber instead. No apology, no effort to help. When I requested to speak with a manager, he declined to even discuss it. Thankfully, Uber issued a refund, but this kind of service damages both customer trust and the store’s bottom line.

Nothing says dump like a pin number lock on the bathroom door then they won't give you the code they have to unlock it themselves. Weird should have been my first sign to keep it moving. Against my better judgment I ordered a whopper meal absolutely terrible. Bun was soggy they put green tomatoes and thick lettuce hearts on my sandwich that's crazy for a 9 dollar sandwich. Ridiculous me and my whole crew were disappointed we will avoid this burger for sure from here out.

I was dining in the other night with my son and to my knowledge the lobby closes at 9pm and a male employee with long hair was moping and placing chairs on top of the tables at 8pm. I understand getting a head start on cleaning but I there is no need to place chairs on top of the tables costumers eat on, especially when the lobby is still open to costumers. I find that very unhygienic! Not only that but a hazard as well. Had my son accidentally bumped into one of those tables, on of those chairs could have easily fallen on him. If I had the option for less than a one star believe me I’d select it. Do better!
