I drive all the way from Woodbridge just to eat at this Particular Cafe Rio. Best food, service and atmosphere. I highly recommend this spot over any other Cafe Rio within the area.
I ordered my food online. I got a barbacoa quesadilla. It was good but the right side of my quesadilla had no cheese and the left side had no meat. I also ordered chicken nachos and there was no chicken and I had to drive back so I can actually enjoy my food. I tried to call them so I can have the nachos ready by the time I got there but I spent 15 minutes on the phone and no one ever answered. I finally get back to the restaurant and I hand them my receipt so I can get exactly...
