Food was just as good as I remember it being. There aren't any checkers in my local area, so I was definitely excited to stop by and enjoy this location's great food and service.

This was my first time at checkers and honestly i did not disappoint, i gotta say that their burgers are a solid 8.9 , it was cooked actually really well, it wasnt rubbery like other places. Well done checkers, will definitely come back with the fam

$4 fish fry is a nice deal. Fish was very greasy. Fryer needs to be hotter or something. Buford bites were ok. I could do without the mustard in them.

My visit was a drive-thru. Unfortunately, the food was a bit so-so. The fries were good. They just weren't hot. My real issue was with the burger. It was a regular cheeseburger. The bun was too large for the patty. It almost felt like the bun drowned the patty. Also, the service was a bit slow. I was the only one in line when I came through, so I assumed that they were cooking the food and nd I expected it to be hotter than it was.
Our first trip there was Saturday night. I loved that they were open until 4am! The fries are delicious so hot and fresh they didn't stand a chance to make it home! Once we got home approx. 20 minutes away, we realized we didn't get our cheese sticks. And my sandwich, albeit edible, had condiments on it I hadn't ordered. I was a bit bummed but overall, it was very delicious, especially my strawberry dessert smoothie. Sunday night, I just so happened to be out and about. Feeling a bit hungry reminded me that I wanted to call before a few days passed to let Checkers know about my missing cheese sticks. The manager, (Giovanni is his name, I later found out), answered the phone, and remembered taking my order the night before! He was very apologetic and even remembered discovering the cheese sticks had been forgotten. Not only did he say come back whenever I could to get those, but he said he would redo my sandwich as well. I drove directly there, spoke with Giovanni at the window, and even added some items to what he was replacing for me. This young man's professional attitude, genuine apology, and willingness to make it right for me far outweighed the minor disappointment from the previous night. I didn't feel at all apologetic for complaining, as I sometimes do, even when it isn't necessarily my fault. I sat in my car and ate my fresh, delicious meal and I left there happier than when I left my home this evening. The trip to Checkers and my interaction with Giovanni was definitely the high of my day, and for that, I thank you. Excellent job!!

The buns for far larger than the beef patties the sandwich would have been better if it had already included lettuce and tomato. Of course this was an extra charge. Don't think it's fair that a sandwich / burger that was supposed to be a good deal turned out not to be by the time I was done adding in which should have already came with it. This is the second time at this location that I have left their hungry. Next time try to include some meet with your burgers and maybe customers would be happy. This is a new establishment which never seems to have anyone in line. Had problems just after they opened and hadn't been back since until recently. Will not go back again. Waste of my time, definitely a waste of money.
