I am a pure vegetarian and this is the service that I give unacceptable I can’t believe it drove 20 minutes for the sandwich and they had bacon in it when I told them pacifically not to add it not acceptable. Try calling the store for a refund something else maybe in the future but never picked up my phone. Very bad service had to wait 20 minutes for my food there as well. Very bad service!!!!

I had to go to the bathroom real bad and happened to be hungry so I stopped here because I love their food and ice cream. However, they were extremely rude to me and very hesitant about letting me relieve myself, even though I have been traveling. Maybe everyone in there just had a bad day but they didn’t even say thank you after I unclogged the toilet and cleaned the bathroom. If I ever come back, it’s definitely not going to be on a Friday night.

Worst fast food I've ever had. They forgot my extra patty, the burger was beyond salty, the parmesan garlic fries were clumped together and slid out of the package when I went to remove them. I have never tasted anything as weird tasting as the fries and they left a horrible aftertaste. Manassas, VA location... Paid for far away delivery on Doordash. Never again.
