Took mom and her friend in, everyone is so kind and polite here, it really makes the older ladies happy. There is no other restaurant nearly as professional and customer centric , fast food or otherwise. This is a whole new level of manners and service. I don't know how to express how far above the rest chick fil a really is. It's the gold standard.

Can’t believe how polite these folks are. The crew is amazing- opening doors, having integrity, actually doing the extra mile: awesome. Even when we didn’t order yet we felt very impressed- we were greeted outside, someone opened the door with a smile for us, and the food was just what we asked for and service was quick, amazing team- great job everyone!

Everytime we have ordered through the app & picked up. Food is ALWAYS missing. I cant remember the last time they had our entire order right. Ill just make the drive to the Gainesville Chick fil a at this point.
=9-28-24= I went through the drive thru and the staff were welcoming. No problem ordering but had to wait extra time for my food to be ready. I had to pull up to the end of the drive thru line until my food was ready. I waited about 15 minutes extra. The food was salty and I couldn't eat it all because of it when I got home.

It is spotless, the staff is friendly, and people going through the drive-through are missing out. This is the peak of fast food. Good, tasty, and hot. They even stock sani wipes for you to use prior to eating. This truly is an enjoyable experience. Staff standing outside are given shade and fans. I wish all businesses treated their employees this well. I left with a smile on my face and a full heart. What a difference from other restaurants.
