Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The food is always fresh, hot, and consistently delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Service is fast, and the restaurant is clean and well organized. You can really tell they care about quality and customer service. One of my favorite places to eat.

Under the new owner orders emm to get screwed up and best you get is a refund except you have to pay delivery fee twice since you can’t get a replacement sent

Terrible drive through service, unprofessional. Please train customer facing staff to address people respectfully. It’s easier to return to stores with a welcoming atmosphere, would not recommend this spot. Find another chick-fil-a if you want your food without unnecessary friction. Quality is also a bit wanting here. Please revisit your procedures

I like getting the nuggets and their classic waffle fries. Always with that Chick-fil-A sauce tho. Their diet lemonade is great too. I feel like they've gotten better throughout the years. It was MY pleasure eating there! 😆 🐮 ✨️

The service is getting worse and worse at this location. They dont really care about customer service anymore and they will laugh at anything. I guess your business is a joke for them
I asked for an item that was poorly made to simply be remade. The employee said the item looked ok to them and that they would not remake it. I asked for a manager, he said no, we will not remake the item. You can either take this item as it was made or get your money back. The item, which is something I get all the time, was not made correctly and the manager was rude. He seemed more interested in keeping the line moving than listening to and correcting my simple request as a very frequent customer. I will not go back.

My family has averaged buying at least something from this location 15 times per month. I simply asked for an item to be remade as it was nothing like I normally receive and nothing like the picture on the menu. The manager told me, very rudely, that he would not remake the item as they had to “crack down” on giving customer’s too much. Lost our business and made me feel like I was at Hardee’s and not Chickfile.
Stopped by the drive thru this am 10:20...drive thru line was slow and only one employee taking orders. I needed to use the restroom so walked in while my husband stays in the vehicle in line(knowing the dining room is closed) and was promptly denied access to a restroom. The woman that ran me out of the store as if i was infected was rude. I can trust them to make my food but they can't trust me to use the bathroom and WASH MY HANDS before eating? I told my husband what happened and we drove across the street to Wawa where they serve food AND allow you to use the facilities. My chicken quesadilla was excellent as was the friendly service.
The service is great the only problem I have is with you cob salad I normally buy it around 8 pm but it always not as good as when I buy it in the afternoon you guys try not to sell it out if there is not enough chicken to put there at night it look scanty.

I was treated very poorly by a cashier named Jennifer and the manager, Troy Braxton, after I raised a concern about my order. The cashier seemed unwilling to take my order and gave me a look that made it clear she didn’t want me there. Despite repeating my order twice, I still received the wrong item.
When I called the store to explain how I had been treated, the manager, Troy Braxton, interrupted me and started yelling over the phone, saying I shouldn’t be “talking about a 16-year-old that way.” With all due respect, it is not my responsibility that Chick-fil-A chose to hire a 16-year-old employee — but that does not give anyone the right to treat customers disrespectfully.
Both Troy Braxton and Jennifer could benefit from additional training on how to handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully.

Please do not eat the honey pimento sandwich!!!! Even writing the name out still makes me QUEASY! Had to go to ER….i haven’t gone to CFA since because I have been traumatized. My sister yells at me for not wanting to go with her but I just can’t!!!! Unless you want to be on the hospital bed for God knows how long…don’t risk it! I don’t know what was going on that September 2nd, 2024 day but a lot happened to me.
