I must say this is a great CFA. The people are friendly, the food is fresh, and the service is quick. There is always a line and yet it seems to always move faster than I expect.Kid-friendliness: The playscape is back open! The kids meals are great. And I appreciate watching the staff give extra help to those with small children like refill their drinks, take their trash, etc.

This is a new Chick-fil-A located on Rt. 1 across from the Walmart in Dumfries VA. I was very pleased with the size of the lot the building was placed on. Three lanes to serve the drive-thru customers. One lane for the online/app users and two others for the rest of us. This site has taken advantage of all the technology available to the restaurant market. The servers were knowledgeable of the menu and pleasant to interact with. Looking forward to visiting again.

Well I’m missing what I asked for a 3 time going to this location. It simple things but the execution of this store is not good at all.. I usually write a review after a few visits to be fair .. again I asked for something and did not get it .. this store is not a great. I use to great service or at least getting my order .. I frequently go to chick-fli-A in Texas all the time and it’s always on point or they make it right. This store has not made it right I asked for something some today and it didn’t happen.

This location is so bad. They consistently mess up my order. The service has gone down hill this past year. Line takes forever as well, seems disorganized, employees working the drive thru consistently confused/seem new to the job. Beware.
