I was excited to try chilis because of the TikTok trend. We decided to give this location a chance. Our server was very kind and nice. The food is surprisingly good and it doesn’t have the “American-chicken” syndrome. Mozzarella cheese pull was insane! We left full and happy!

Just had dinner here and wow!!!!! I got the 3 for me and what a deal. I got the shrimp pasta with the dip trio. It costs extra but well worth the extra green backs. Waitress was fantastic and when drinks were about half full here she came with refills. The dips were great and the pasta brought joy from first to last bite. It was alittle chilly in the restaurant but was great on a hot day! I left fuller than tick on a 7 day suck and was super happy with the amount of food for the price! If you get a chance to eat here DO IT!

Good, food! I had a chicken sandwich my husband had the seafood pasta my son had a cheese burger. My sandwich was crispy, built correctly to prevent soggy bread. Seafood pasta was sooooo good! Well seasoned, creamy and perfect! My son said the burger cooked the way he requested. He loved it.
I have not been to Chili's in a long time !!! I'm glad I went I had the trippple dipper very good 🙋🏾♀️

My fiancé and I came in around 7:50 PM and were the only Black couple in the restaurant at the time. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we waited quite a while to be seated. Once seated, it took another 10 minutes before our server a white young teen with black hair in a ponytail even acknowledged us.
What made the experience especially upsetting was that a white older couple who arrived after us was seated and had their order taken immediately. The difference in treatment was clear and disheartening. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this Chili’s location. We canceled our drink order and told her to cancel it since she was taking too long to even get us our waters. 🥴🥱 I suggest trying the Sterling location instead, where we’ve consistently received respectful and prompt service.

Me and my boyfriend came to chilis for our anniversary and were very disappointed with the service. The food was good as always, but the service was absolutely terrible. We had to wait 10 minutes just have our drink order taken, and then 20 minutes to pay the check given that we didnt have a kiosk at our table. My boyfriend tried to flag another waiter down, but the waiter just waved back at him. Then, our waitress returned and threw away my giftcard before I could see the total (it ended up being less than the giftcard was, so I lost money). Overall, very disappointed and angry with this treatment.
