I did a delivery and I ordered sweet and sour chicken well my chicken was all wet and mushy it took me almost 5 times to talk to someone about giving me my money back spent 55 dollars on food deft wasn't gonna eat mushy chicken will never order from here ever again.

Professional Opinion
The food here is delicious! However, the lady who works the phones in the day is an impatient, money hungry customer servant. This woman rushes customers off the phone without hearing their full order. I ordered a dish that had peanuts in it, and my son is allergic. The woman was rushing me off the phone so much until she didn't hear my request for no peanuts. As a result, we spent 6 hours in the ER, all because she was rushing to take other orders. The best phone employee that this place has works in the evening time. The young girl is really good she takes her time and listens.
I have no words for the older lady who works in the morning. She needs severe training. Money is not more important than someone's life. 💯 I know that the place is in Manassas. However, good old American customer service should still be given.

The middle age lady at the front desk who usually works evening shift is very toxic. Each time I go there to pick up my food she is there she stares at me, never greets me instead she gives me a horrible look each time, throws my food on table like she is doing me a favor and never says thank you. Considering this is a family owned business she needs to learn proper customer service. This kind of attitude toward customers is not acceptable in this business.
