The cashier was very unhappy lady I did ask for a water cup and she refused host Lucia there was a white guy behind me and she gave him five water cups. That is insane.

They find every way possible to give you the least amount of rice,meat,beans pretty much everything, it’s honestly ridiculous compared to so many other locations I’ve been to, and the kitchen where all the food is prepared always looks very disorganized and unsanitary. I usually don’t write negative reviews but this place was just asking for it.

don’t usually leave reviews, but this Chipotle experience was disappointing enough to say something. The place was a mess—tables dirty, trash bins overflowing, and the soda machine was sticky and half-empty. My bowl was missing half the ingredients I asked for, and the portions were way smaller than usual. The staff seemed rushed and uninterested, and when I pointed out the missing items, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Definitely not coming back to this location anytime soon.
most incompetent workers I’ve come across. how are you going to charge me an extra 7 dollars and get upset when I come back in and ask about it?? not to mention prices have gone up so much it’s not even worth it anymore

I like coming to this location portions are great! But today unfortunately I guess I went when it was busy. They had a total of 6 people serving. I needed to do 3 orders. I had 3 different people trying to talk to me asking me what I want in my bowls ant the same time and it was confusing!. First time this happens. I normally just see two people serving and have no issues at all. Again, this is my favorite location, I like the portion and the food. Is normally clean and staff are nice. BUT today I can’t explain how confuse and desperate I felt trying to give my attention to 3 staff members that were asking me what I wanted in my orders.
Came back I was charged for a kids guacamole meal but really what I ordered was different.

They didn't have any large chips so they overcharged me to purchase 2 regular chips. My large queso and chips ended up being $12. Food was good and all but they got me for $4!
