This location is the only location I have a problem with them speaking in spanish amongst one another when they want to add a charge. Little do they know I’m Dominican and I speak Spanish. If you’re going to charge me it’s not about how much but having the respect to tell the consumer, the one who is paying. It’s not about the up charge for a side of corn, it’s the fact that this is the only location that sneaks it in when they aren’t supposed to do that unless it’s protein. You work at CHIPOTLE, the least you can do is have decent customer service. When k confronted them that I knew what she said her excuse was that her cashier speaks spanish but then tells me my total in English, proceeding to say you look spanish. So which one is it? You thought you were going to say it in a different language and someone not understand you. I purposely don’t speak Spanish when I come in to see if they talk about you for wanting your choices and in all the locations I go to, this one is consistent with the 1-2 times a year I don’t care enough to drive 10 minutes farther to another location. Never again, I’ll just drive farther for better service and fresher food at a location in a busier area.

The food & workers are great but I feel so uncomfortable with random guys standing in front of the entrance begging for money & food. I was approached by one of them & I told them sorry I don’t have any cash on me. He ended up following me inside the store and waited till I was done paying for my food, and asked me again for some money. Keep in mind I’m a female and I had my daughter with me ..

The worst chipotle of the area! I have given many opportunities to this place but definitely the attitude of the workers is terrible especially the women who attend are always fighting for anything, they are not friendly, they do not want to give good customer service and the food is nothing compared to other Chipotle restaurants I definitely prefer to drive 20 minutes to go to the other restaurant than come to this place that is closer but it is the worst in food and service! I hope the manager can control his workers and above all treat customers well

This is your standard Chipotle location. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean, the staff are all courteous and professional, and the food was made quickly and as requested. If you want Chipotle, this location is a good one. We ate inside the restaurant and everything was relatively clean (all the tables and seats, I mean). Oh, and most importantly, this location has Mr Pibb. For those interested in such things, as many restaurants in Northern Virginia do not.
So I go in tonight 10/15/25. I order a bowl. She asked if I want pico I said no. She slaps it on anyway. Realized her mistake and goes to remake it. I has brown rice She puts white rice on the plate. At that point I just needed to go. Very bad customer service.
Really like the layout of this Chipotle. Also. Very clean.
