I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. The paper bag ripped as I was getting out of my car, and my entire order—both my dinner and my wife’s—fell on the ground. It was extremely frustrating and avoidable. The bag was too heavy for a single layer, and it should have been double-bagged. Double bagging heavy orders is basic and logical. Please be more careful, because this ruined our dinner.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Never had a good experience here but the experience I had on December 20, 2025 really took the cake.
I'll admit that I did get an extra something as part of my order. And I was prepared to pay for it. I did have points to use. But thats beside the point. They attempted to charge me 2-3 times more than what I usually pay.
When I do get my extra, the total comes out to about $17. They claimed that I got double or triple extra or something and attempted to charge me 2-3 times more.
They almost had me paying $30+.
Like are you kidding? I did ask them to repeat my order of they had made a mistake but they kept claiming that I got double or triple extra.

Service was fast, and food was delicious. Had to wait a couple minutes for fresh rice but it was no big deal. They gave me nice spoonfuls of the food to make up for it. Place looked clean, and staff were friendly.

I placed an order through the app and was notified that it was ready, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived I discovered that my order hadn’t been prepared yet and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for it to be ready. I also asked the cashier if I could get an extra tortilla while waiting, but she told me I needed to wait in such a condescending tone, which seemed strange since I was, in fact, already waiting. I understand that the place is busy, but they shouldn’t mark an order as ready if it’s not.

I wouldn't normally write a review for a chain restaurant, it's mostly what you expect. But I would add that for all the things I see about Chipotle skimping on protein or suffering from shrinkflation, this one has always been good.
