Personally I don't eat rice. My son loves the food there so I go get him his food. When I don't cook they need to have other items that go in a salad. They say they have salads but they don't have nothing. Chopped up tomatoes, cheeses, chicken and rice. Where's some good carrots and stuff you can put in that salad and some better tasting chicken

They act like we are not about to pay for food, barely putting cheese when you ask nicely respectfully and treat them as an employee should be treated. I would assume that they would also try to treat the customer in a professional manner

Portions are very different! I always order extra toppings in store and online. But my portion looks way bigger in store, but soooo small when I order online.. I kinda want my money back!

When I went to chipotle and i was standing in line behind a white man, when the white man would ask for extra things like cheese they did it for him with no issue and even flattened the cheese down so more could fit. But anytime i asked for something they gave me attitude and barely gave me anything extra even when i would ask for it. I don’t really like putting complains but i don’t feel like anyone should feel any less than others and i hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

somehow this chipotle gets worse every single time I come… shawty put lettuce on my burrito after i said guac then proceeds to wrap it with food falling out, doesn’t look up once and then throws it to the cashier 😭

They refused to make more food at 10pm they are open until 11pm and everyone up front and in the back didn’t want to make food for the line of customers still coming in. They refused to make more rice or other missing items… whoever is in charge of this district needs to have a serious meeting with store manager.

Today, my husband and I ordered the Smoked Brisket Bowl and Steak Bowl. They were amazing!
The place was full of customers, but still clean with enough seating area and the workers were super efficient and friendly.
Definitely recommend!
