Great experience for my kid’s bday party. Staff were amazing. They answered all questions. You can book multiple packages for your kid bday party (just with different nickname) if you have more than 6 kids attending so you save atleast $20 dollars. Purchase a pack of four $25 digital gift cards ($100 value) just for $75 from Costco and use it towards Pizzas, Fries, or other food at the party (believe me it really helps if you have a huge crowd).
Cake cutting time and music, Chuck e entry and ticket blaster timings should be improved as they did not meet our expectations.
Overall great experience, awesome food and good atmosphere and ambience. Highly recommend.

Very clean, polite employees, and the manager Suzanne was very kind, helpful, and empathetic when it came to making my only son’s birthday party special. I really appreciate her and she deserves so much appreciation, and I hope the company does so. Only reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars is because the chuckie cheese birthday show was a let down. Definitely not even close to how special it used to be. My son wasn’t even awknowledged and he was looking forward to meeting chuckie more than anything else for this party. Aside from that the $500 was well spent cuz everything else was so much fun

Location is big with a variety of games not found at the Sterling or Herndon locations but most of the machines were out of order.

Same scam it was in the 90s but its all digital now. Paid for an hour of play but only a handful of the games work. Go uptown alley instead. Or anywhere else really. Honestly the DMV is more fun, or watching paint dry, running from ICE, or throwing myself down a flight of stairs....all a better time than this place.

We recently hosted my daughter’s birthday at Chuck E. Cheese with the premium package, and overall, I’d rate the experience as very average.
On the positive side, the facility itself was clean and there were plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained. The kids definitely had fun, which was the most important part.
Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes before our reservation to coordinate with our hostess, but she actually showed up five minutes after the party was supposed to start. She moved slowly, seemed uninterested in helping, and even ignored basic responsibilities like cleaning up after the kids ate. On top of that, she smelled strongly of marijuana, which was unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a children’s event.
To make things worse, we were surprised to learn that we had to purchase socks for every child to access the play structure — something we expected to be included in the “premium” package. It left us wondering what exactly the premium package covered, because the service certainly wasn’t it.
For the price, we expected a much higher level of attentiveness and organization. While the kids enjoyed the games, the poor service and questionable value made the experience disappointing overall.
