Cinnabon is to cinnamon rolls as Kleenex is to facial tissue basically. You either know how good they are or you have tried them yet. If you are in the later group just go get one, and a box to take home.

My 1st time visiting a Cinnabon, and because of the poor service, my last time. I was in town visiting a friend, who took me to the mall, and I was so excited to see the Cinnabon, I had never had one. The lady at the counter barely spoke English, she couldn't tell me what was on top of one of the display rolls, and would walk away repeatedly when I was trying to ask questions. There seemed to be no one else working. I asked for 4 separate rolls of different flavors, which she replied back 4 rolls to confirm, holding up 4 fingers to me. Since she confirmed, I didn't really check until I was back at my friend's place. There were not 4 rolls but 3, and only 1 of them were correct. I had to leave town early the next morning and was not able to do any kind of replacement for my money. The originals were good, if plain as an original, which was not what I ordered. It was not enough for me to want to try it again, as the experience at this restaurant has caused me to not want to go out of my way for these again.

It’s been like 7 yrs since my last purchase. The reason was the cinnamon they put in between the dough was kinda slimy to eat and it doesn’t taste as I was before after I stop eating Cinnabon. Today because I hv T-Mobile promo I said why not it’s bogo so I went to manassas branch and bought 2 Cinnabon pecan, went home and taste it. I was hesitant to eat it because of the experience I had b4 7 yrs ago. But alas its was different! It taste like the way it want it. 8 yrs ago. Day after I went back and ordered again but this the classic one. Well I tell you I’m back to buying again Cinnabon. I don’t know what happened 7 yrs ago. But this time it was tasty delicious and it’s good with espresso of course.I returned and bought another Cinnabon, this time with photo. My third in one week.

Sugar overload I’ll take it! Cinnabon at the Manassas Mall is great. I was in the mood for a hot, fresh cinnamon roll and this is the place to get the best EVER! The staff was busy, but got to me as quickly as possible. The staff was friendly, professional and courteous. Thank you for the delicious treat served up with a smile.

This store and the staff of the store are not very professional, i want to buy food from the store for my kids and i have 100 dollar bill and the lady over there she didn’t sell me the food because they don’t have change, this is how they run the food store? My kids were crying because they didn’t get cinnamon, i say i have 8 dollar change also still they didn’t give me the food.. god bless that lady

The Cinnabon roll I bought from this store was dry and lacked the "ooey gooey" filling and topping they are known for. I don't recommend this location.
I bough 2 classic rolls at 4.20. The middle part was completely raw, couldn’t even take the second bite. It wasn’t baked at all, it was really really awful. I am very disappointed and I am not going to get rolls from there ever!

The Cinnabon are delicious, well cooked, fresh, It’s has great customer service, very cleaned, and professional service. The girl the took my order she always say “have a blessing afternoon” I forgot to ask for her name, she is very Polite to all customers and very helpful. I would really recommend going to this Cinnabon.
