Placed an order for pick up, paid an upcharge for Truffle Fries and they were plain fries, bread was soggy and fell apart. Another person on the order paid extra for mango jelly and it was not in the smoothie. Will not be ordering again

Great food but abhorrent wait times, like... 40 minutes for a 10pc chicken.

I live 40 minutes away. The chicken was still crunchy when we got home. The wings are huge 100% worth the price. Taste is great. Was not prepared for the regular fried to be be spicy. We also got the garlic soy which was wonderful, still crunchy after the drive with sauce on it. The kids enjoyed the bubble teas, just wish they had boba, they didn't have any ready yet.

I have been getting the boneless chicken here for a long time because the chicken was lightly breaded. My last purchase disappointed me greatly. The chicken was heavily breaded with half the actual chicken. Bummer. I won't be back.

I got to go and my chicken was raw and I got boba and they didn’t tell me there was no more green tea and they gave me black tea instead and it tasted so bitter and I had to throw it away.WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TO MAKE IT WORSE I WAS STARVING JUST FOR THAT CHICKEN TO HAVE BLOOD!!!!Disgusting I LIKED THE LITTLE ASIAN BOY THE WORKER I THINK HIS NAME WAS LEO very kind young super sweet :)

When I got my food it was very horrible the cook spit in my food and it came out raw I like Leo he had a good personality and k do not recommend this place at all.

crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned spicy. The flavors were incredible just like I had in Korea, pickled radish was even better. The staff was friendly. They also had bubble tea. Highly recommend!

I ordered the half-and-half corndog. A single corndog is almost 7 dollars. The pricing is ridiculously expensive. I spent about $30 for 4 corn dogs. The corndog was delicious however they slather the corndog in too much sugar. I received my corndogs and all I could see was sugar all over it, and I had to wipe some of it off.

Moved to the area and wanted some Korean chicken, came to this place and during last minutes before closing. Not only the guy gave a free soda because I couldn’t dinne in due to time, but I got the a deal but one whole chicken and get another for free will be returning to this place soon!!!

I have been here twice. The first time was great. We had some chicken and a Korean corn dog.

The second time, I promised my daughter we would stop and get a Korean corn dog after school shopping. We ordered, payed, and waited. We ended up waiting a total of close to an hour. I did as mid way for a drink while we waited and they gave us one for each of us.

The worst part was getting in the car and taking a bite and realizing our corn dogs tasted strongly of stale freezer food.

I would really appreciate a refund for the cost of the corn dogs. We purchased 3 total.

Lastly, the restaurant has no music and the kitchen is closed of so there is virtually no sound in there. You pretty much have to whisper to keep from bothering other patrons. Some low music would do wonders for the atmosphere.
