at about 8:50 on April 14th, we had a very disappointing experience at this location. The girl working the cashier had a shockingly bad attitude—disrespectful, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience and When the check out machine had an issue during checkout, she acted as if it was our fault let alone that she put the waffle cone (not a waffle on a cup) on the counter top instead of give it to us in hand which makes me think about the health and hygiene training at such a place.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a place that serves families and kids. I’ve always enjoyed Cold Stone at other locations, but this one seriously needs attention when it comes to customer service and staff behavior. we won’t be returning unless there’s a clear improvement. No surprise all reviews are concerning.

The young ladies working in here are rude and not professional at all. There needs to be an adult in here for them to take accountability. They are gossiping and cussing up a storm when there are customers waiting. Talking to customers in a rude way and just being flat out disrespectful.

It’s 9: 28 PM on Friday February 28, 2025 and upon walking in the door we were told by a younger female worker they were closed, and not taking anymore orders.
There were two people at a table finishing up, and two others talking with the two other female workers at the cash register.
Google says they are open until 10:00, as does Cold Stone’s own website.

I came in at 6:30pm on February 10, 2025 with my boyfriend and no one greeted us, I went to the bathroom and noticed there was no soap when I mentioned it the girl behind the counter yelled “yeah I know”. Thankfully I had hand sanitizer in my purse to hold me over. She then proceeded to laugh with the other girl working and talked about how they “don’t get paid enough to clean the bathroom“ I will never be back at this location this was disgusting and disrespectful.

Girls were on the phone talking to their friends, we came in an hour before they closed (as we were leaving two people came in, so we weren’t the last ones) my sister had asked for it to be to-go, and one of the girls got the cup and threw it in another cup to make it to-go. We came in with good attitudes because we knew it was late and we felt bad but it’s clear they didn’t like their jobs…we felt so stupid being nice in the first place.

Counters and food space is clearly dirty- with food debris Roaches and I'll leave that there- Had a milk shake and they put way too much milk for the size I toss it in the trash after tasting it-
Cold stone is a great chain when they are run to specs of the company -
The owner should take a hard look at the staff and who runs it or close cause it's a shitty experience at this location -

OK, it's long they were in the middle of a deep clean; energy was just weird in there; my fiancé has a serious gluten allergy and owner/manager arrogantly responded with, "anything with bread in the name, like cake.." - nothing about procedures/extra measures they take for allergies; girl serving us was very sweet and took care of us; everything tasted fine - however, my 13 y/o daughter asked for bathroom key, female staff member let her in and then kept the key... from there another staff member used the key to let another customer use bathroom - yes, they walked in on our kid! And acted like it wasn't a big deal. Fiancé stays by the door, turns out after that there was a palmetto roach (a biggun) in the bathroom that flew at her so he had to help her get out of bathroom, she's in tears and I told them to go out to car as I said something to management - no real apologies, did not seem to care. Do not recommend

Lexi truly made my night!!She made my shake perfect!I always have a complicated order because I like my shakes so thick and I mixed flavors and she understood the assignment.I have had one of the worst days ever and her non judgement energy and kindness made my entire night!Thank you Lexi, you’re awesome!
