Wow… we just went in for an ice cream after a long day and the service at the Manassas cold Stone creamery was horrible. The girls behind the counter were so disrespectful and immature. There was no manager there. To think of all the money that went into creating that store and have it run by a group of very immature and unprofessional staff is so sad for the owners. You need to look at what’s going on in your store and fix it.

decent icecream but even with ordering extra toppings they hardly put any on. I got the 19.99 sized one plus an additional topping yet my icecream hardly has any thing in it.

Ordered online and they had my ice cream in bag bag melting in the counter!!! They didn’t even store it in the fridge. Waste of my time and money! Never again purchasing

Horrible customer service. Went in when only a few customers were in the store and ordered a chocolate taco sandwich. I was asked to wait five minutes. After ten minutes I asked one of the two ladies for an update on the order. She snapped at me and said “we’re busy and short staffed that is not a priority right now.” If you couldn’t make it why not tell me that before asking me to wait. What a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and travel down the road to Bruesters or visit another Cold Stone who values customers service.

Power Wash your store front windows & sidewalk tables & chairs as well they are Filthy. I would like to get ice cream and sit outside but I have not step foot it's so dirty on the outside makes me think about the inside. Please show your customers you care clean up!!!!

This place was riding the struggle bus tonight. Ice cream was soft aka soupy, items were unavailable (chocolate and sprinkle waffle bowls, Oreo frosting), items were stale (available waffle bowls). I think the workers behind the counter were doing their best but I'll tell you this, I'm not going back.

at about 8:50 on April 14th, we had a very disappointing experience at this location. The girl working the cashier had a shockingly bad attitude—disrespectful, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience and When the check out machine had an issue during checkout, she acted as if it was our fault let alone that she put the waffle cone (not a waffle on a cup) on the counter top instead of give it to us in hand which makes me think about the health and hygiene training at such a place.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a place that serves families and kids. I’ve always enjoyed Cold Stone at other locations, but this one seriously needs attention when it comes to customer service and staff behavior. we won’t be returning unless there’s a clear improvement. No surprise all reviews are concerning.

The young ladies working in here are rude and not professional at all. There needs to be an adult in here for them to take accountability. They are gossiping and cussing up a storm when there are customers waiting. Talking to customers in a rude way and just being flat out disrespectful.

It’s 9: 28 PM on Friday February 28, 2025 and upon walking in the door we were told by a younger female worker they were closed, and not taking anymore orders.
There were two people at a table finishing up, and two others talking with the two other female workers at the cash register.
Google says they are open until 10:00, as does Cold Stone’s own website.

I came in at 6:30pm on February 10, 2025 with my boyfriend and no one greeted us, I went to the bathroom and noticed there was no soap when I mentioned it the girl behind the counter yelled “yeah I know”. Thankfully I had hand sanitizer in my purse to hold me over. She then proceeded to laugh with the other girl working and talked about how they “don’t get paid enough to clean the bathroom“ I will never be back at this location this was disgusting and disrespectful.

Girls were on the phone talking to their friends, we came in an hour before they closed (as we were leaving two people came in, so we weren’t the last ones) my sister had asked for it to be to-go, and one of the girls got the cup and threw it in another cup to make it to-go. We came in with good attitudes because we knew it was late and we felt bad but it’s clear they didn’t like their jobs…we felt so stupid being nice in the first place.
