Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Service was very very slow, ordered strawberry margarita was too sour and chicken sandwich was dry and I can say I have had more delicious Mac and cheese some where else . Loved there fresh biscuits so good. My boyfriend didn’t like service food and totally it was too expensive the the lady at the front took 15 mins to check us out.

When in person to place it to the Goldwater, they said about 10 minutes.It actually took twenty. What they don't tell you is that they put the word on the shelf and let it sit there.So can get colds, they don't notify anybody, there's plenty of people working.So this is kind of concerning. On top of that the bathrooms, the minimum was dirty.There's no toilet paper and people using paper towels to flush in the toilets. Does Shane's hunting gone a lot of negative?The food is decent better than I expected , but it's very concerned about the delivery of the lack thereof.

Waiter dropped off water and we asked for a minute to look over the menu. 15 minutes later we decided we had waited long enough and walked out.

Very loud whem busy, but the food is always great and there are rarely issues with the staff.

Been to several all over the country. This one is not as good as the rest. People waiting for seats had to find somebody and tell them people waiting. Lady at cash register blaming the problems she was having with the cash register on the government shut down. Chrust on the Shepards pie skimpy.

The chain is good. This store does not represent the rest.

Everything was great until my wife went to use the restrooms. All stalls except 1 were dirty(paper on floor) and unflushed, should have someone paying more attention to that. If you don't use them then you would think everything's excellent there.

Food was ok. I got waffles that tasted like fried corn fritters I should of ordered French toast or something else. Place was clean. Waitress was fantastic.
