A bottle of soda to-go costs as much as a premium side ($3.49). You can get the same soda for a dollar less at your local hardware store. I had a curbside and waited forever. The web said 7:59 ready time (got there 5 minutes early, and I didn't get my order (one meal) until 9:00. The delay was caused by one of my sides (broccoli casserole) not being available, but I only found this out because of a lack of patience (subbed for baked potatoe). I watched car after car get their order, and not tipping is sincerely what I think caused this (exceeded daily per diem). My business should be enough. The end of order process literally says, "Don't forget to tip", for what? A to-go order? You're getting paid to prepare that and then I'm gone. Top to bottom, this location is about the money. Not at all happy; and, if it wasn't for some understanding, the review would be much worse.

After waiting an hour, I walked in to find my food on the shelf with the item they said they didn't have, they stayed it wasn't brought out because the ticket said online order, but I literally had a curbside notification and spoke to the manager on the phone about the substituted item with details of it being a curbside order. The kitchen remaking my food is the only reason I gave this location three stars. However, in dont think it was remade, because the contents of the box remained the same and I received the side they were supposedly out of.

I had a barrel bites reward that they would not let me redeem because of a limited menu. Chicken and dumplings were a little gummy and light on the sauce.

Fried turkey was very good so was dumplings . The menu was revised because it’s the night before Thanksgiving all of us went for the catfish but no catfish , no to everything I wanted but service was good .

We ordered some to-go on Thanksgiving. We have done this in years past. It was very efficient picking up. However, we get chicken and dumplings with sides of dumplings. It’s a side my daughter loves. This particular time none of our dumplings actually had any dumplings. It was literally all just the gravy. We received three sides of gravy with no dumplings. We like 40 minutes away so trining around to run back out wasn’t really an option.

As you can see in the pictures. There is lumpy gravy with one piece of chicken and then the other sides are just lumpy gravy. Zero dumplings.

Very convenient place to order a full Thanksgiving meal to take home. The food quality was actually quite good. The best things were the turkey, sweet potato casserole, rolls, cranberry sauce and the cornbread stuffing. The green beans were just basic canned green beans and the apple crumb pie, while tasty, was slightly undercooked (both crust and some of the apples), and it had a kind of thick filling that was a little strange. All in all, great service, reasonably priced, good quality food and convenient!

Came here for Thanksgiving Dinner with my family only to be told they were outta the fried turkey since 11AM this morning. You would think they could and actually would plan better to be able to serve customers what they have heavily advertised on TV. However, someone has for sure dropped the ball and it’s obviously a management down isssue. If the management can’t even plan ahead to order enough food to serve those customers then how in the world would you be able to manage anything else with the store. This was a waste of time. They had a limited menu which was lacking in options being they were heavily hanging their business on the turkey dinners only to not have anything to serve their customers after 11 AM in the morning! This was a sad expierince where I was forced to order one of the limited options of breakfast they had. Not what I wanted but had no other choices! I had not come here for a long time because of similar and hospitality issues in the past and I decided to give them another chance only to be heavily disappointed at best! The waiter was struggling and obviously was new or incompetent. The whole experience was terrible including the wait to not get anything we came here for. We were looking so forward to the fried turkey yet left disappointed! I doubt myself or anyone in my family will be returning anytime soon! That is until they can figure out a way to satisfy customers better and up their customer service skills! I doubt this review will mean anything to them because it’s obvious they don’t care but hopefully somebody will read this and take my opinion to heart and save themselves the horrible experiences I have had at this location at least! TBH I am shocked they are still even open at this point because service here is so bad I am shocked they can survive and stay open here until they fix their issues! I doubt anything will come of this due to the fact that they don’t seem like the let’s make it up to you type but we can hope I guess!
