Went recently on a Saturday evening. Waited 30 minutes for a group of 6. Initially service was decent, but as we stayed and played a game the staff disappeared. We were there from around 8 - 11 and no one asked if we wanted anything else for at least the last hour. And they stay open until 12. The staff started cleaning up around 11. We had one friend join and place an order and another sat with us without ordering. We were charged the 18% gratuity for the party of 8 without notice...
