Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I've been here a few times and each experience has been great. The food is always hot and fresh and the employees are very friendly, even when it is crazy busy inside.

It's Dairy Queen. I love going to to dairy queen back in the days. I wish this place would do a deep cleaning floor tables & hire a window washer. It would make a tremendous difference.

The place was not busy and at first thought it was closed. I ordered a burger combo meal. While waiting , noticed that the place was filthy. Floors were a mess, tables dirty, windows filthy etc.
The fries were great, hot and fresh. The burger meat and fixing good but the bun was rubbery. I ate what I could but after looking around, felt kinda sick. I wont be back.

Was craving a blizzard with partner. Got to the location about 20 mins to closing. Was helped and was really looking forward to this treat. Totally understand the prices and what not, but was not expecting half of my large cup not having any of my toppings. It was solidly vanilla ice cream and nothing else. We were both disappointed. Will definitely be thinking twice about going to any DQ in the future. Hope they change their formulas to make it “match” at very least the cup size.

My husband drove 40 minutes out of his way to get me an ice cream cake for my birthday and there were none in the cooler and he said he talked to the manager who just said “sorry we’re out”

Love DQ Grill and chill! Only place that you can get chicken strips with country gravy except maybe Cracker Barrel. Good oldies music playing. Owner friendly, and food delivered hot. Good prices.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. The owner is really great and nice. From what I recall, this Dairy Queen has been one of the original tenants of Bull Run Plaza when it first opened in the late 80s. I’m glad to still see the owner and store here.
