The staff does a better job when their jerk of a district manager isnt there. The quality is horrible when CHARLES III is there. When I called I started by saying normally their staff and food is great. Today I complained about the quality he said he didnt care bc that doesn't change the taste. Im not paying just for the taste of the food. No cheese on the Hawaiian and the pepperoni was already pulled apart and laying on top of one another.
His attitude and lack of customer service is what really made me mad. I will be giving my money to a different company now.

I’ve been a Domino’s customer since I was in college in 1980. Wow, don’t say it, I know, 45 years ago. I think that says it all. You go, Dominios!!!

I have been buying form this dominos as the closest Dominos is not good. So far I have no complaints. If I have order a Dominos pizza I would go to this location.

I didn't realize how late it was and ordered right before closing like a jerk. They made me the best pizza super fast and delivered with the quickness. I appreciate you all, thank you.

Every single pizza we’ve ever gotten from here tastes like dish soap. Its good you wash your pans but maybe rinse them better.

I always try to order through the store because I had bad experiences with their call center but today I was transferred to the call center and place my order, I ordered an small pizza half cheese half Hawaiian and the person on the phone said “ ok with mushrooms and pineapple” and I said whatever comes with the Hawaiian pizza. He placed my order and told me 10 to 20 minutes.
When I got to the store I checked my order and the supposed Hawaiian pizza have only mushroom and pineapple them I ask the person at the register what comes with the Hawaiian pizza? and he told me the ingredients and I said that is what I ordered not only mushrooms and pineapple so I ask if he can make a new half Hawaiian pizza and to my surprise he said yes but you have to pay extra for it because we did what they put in your order and I said why? if I told the person who places my order what I wanted and he did it wrong.
But I was with my little son and decided to live.
Lesson learned do not place your order through the call center and do not comeback to this location for the poor customer service.

I recently ordered from Domino’s Pizza at this location, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic.

After not having ordered from this place in a long time due to not fully cooked stuffed cheesy bread and just generally not happy with the quality of their food, I decided to order yesterday. The cheesy bread was cooked, but I did not get the Parmesan twists I ordered with my cheesy marinara dip. I was compensated online with 60 points, and I just dipped with the cheesy bread. It tasted really good, so I ordered again today.The order today was simplified to avoid mess ups, I ordered the cheesy marinara dip and the cheesy bread. I get my order, check it and I got the wrong dip, just cheese dip with no marinara. Second day in a row with something wrong. I go report it again and get another 60 points. I am no longer feeling like points will matter because it’s just not good messing up orders constantly. But I rip off a piece of cheesy bread, at least I got that. Then I noticed the cheesy bread wasn’t fully cooked through. Tossed everything out and won’t end up using any of the points they gave me.This is by far the worst, consistently worse, Dominos. I wish I could get the Gainesville one back delivering to my location. And no, I don’t feel like being compensated any longer. When you’re this messed up, it ain’t worth it.

I will NOT be ordering from this location again! I have a location that I normally order from and they are phenomenal, but today I ordered from this location by accident. I figured what the heck, but I regret it now. Upon placing the order it took almost 10 minutes before I even received an email notifying me that my order had been received (normally I get notification immediately), once my order finally arrived, it was left on the ground and the delivery driver didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell! If I hadn’t instinctively gone to the door to check, my pizza would have just been sitting on the ground!! Finally, when I opened the box I found a pizza that had burnt areas and hard areas elsewhere! I will never order from this location again!
