Domino's Pizza

I always try to order through the store because I had bad experiences with their call center but today I was transferred to the call center and place my order, I ordered an small pizza half cheese half Hawaiian and the person on the phone said “ ok with mushrooms and pineapple” and I said whatever comes with the Hawaiian pizza. He placed my order and told me 10 to 20 minutes.
When I got to the store I checked my order and the supposed Hawaiian pizza have only mushroom and pineapple them I ask the person at the register what comes with the Hawaiian pizza? and he told me the ingredients and I said that is what I ordered not only mushrooms and pineapple so I ask if he can make a new half Hawaiian pizza and to my surprise he said yes but you have to pay extra for it because we did what they put in your order and I said why? if I told the person who places my order what I wanted and he did it wrong.
But I was with my little son and decided to live.
Lesson learned do not place your order through the call center and do not comeback to this location for the poor customer service.

I recently ordered from Domino’s Pizza at this location, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic.
Ordering Process: The online ordering process was smooth and user-friendly. I appreciated the clear menu options and the ability to customize my pizza exactly how I wanted it.
Timely Delivery: My order arrived promptly, and the delivery driver was friendly and professional. The pizza was still hot when it arrived, which is always a plus!
Accurate Order: They got my order right! No missing toppings or mix-ups. The pizza was exactly as I had requested.
Quality Food: The pizza itself was delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh. It’s clear that they take pride in their food quality.
Responsive Customer Support: I had a minor issue with my order (my fault—I accidentally selected the wrong topping), and when I called the store, they were incredibly understanding and quickly resolved the issue. Kudos to their customer support team!

After not having ordered from this place in a long time due to not fully cooked stuffed cheesy bread and just generally not happy with the quality of their food, I decided to order yesterday. The cheesy bread was cooked, but I did not get the Parmesan twists I ordered with my cheesy marinara dip. I was compensated online with 60 points, and I just dipped with the cheesy bread. It tasted really good, so I ordered again today.The order today was simplified to avoid mess ups, I ordered the cheesy marinara dip and the cheesy bread. I get my order, check it and I got the wrong dip, just cheese dip with no marinara. Second day in a row with something wrong. I go report it again and get another 60 points. I am no longer feeling like points will matter because it’s just not good messing up orders constantly. But I rip off a piece of cheesy bread, at least I got that. Then I noticed the cheesy bread wasn’t fully cooked through. Tossed everything out and won’t end up using any of the points they gave me.This is by far the worst, consistently worse, Dominos. I wish I could get the Gainesville one back delivering to my location. And no, I don’t feel like being compensated any longer. When you’re this messed up, it ain’t worth it.

I will NOT be ordering from this location again! I have a location that I normally order from and they are phenomenal, but today I ordered from this location by accident. I figured what the heck, but I regret it now. Upon placing the order it took almost 10 minutes before I even received an email notifying me that my order had been received (normally I get notification immediately), once my order finally arrived, it was left on the ground and the delivery driver didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell! If I hadn’t instinctively gone to the door to check, my pizza would have just been sitting on the ground!! Finally, when I opened the box I found a pizza that had burnt areas and hard areas elsewhere! I will never order from this location again!

Ordered delivery during the lunch rush, and the two pizzas, steak and cheese sub and cinnamon bread sticks were delivered hot, fresh and very quickly.

And as always, the manager (he took my order) was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

They don’t opened the door for us

Terribble delivery service..!!!!

Dominos has the best price and the best flavor of wings and pizza. The driver always finds my home even though it is unaccessible on Google maps. The staff is friendly and prompt. I recommend this dominos to anyone who lives in the Bristow, Nokesville area. They are not stingy on their sauces either.
