The donuts at dunkin are smaller and smaller every time I go. When we stopped there a week ago, they were cleaning the machine they use to make cappuccinos, which meant I didn't get what I wanted. Seems like something they should do after closing, but whatever. I prefer more fresh donuts, but dunkin' is closest to us, so we end up there most of the time.

What a scam! Paid 8 dollars for a large drink and not only was it not even filled it was 75% ice. You should be getting what you paid for, this is a complete ripoff. You should NOT be paying 8 bucks for pure ice and 3 sips of coffee!!

First of all, I asked for a vanilla iced coffee. You would think that usually an iced coffee comes with cream and you should be able to taste the flavoring. That wasnt the case at all. I got all the way home and my iced coffee was not what it should be. Also the person who took my money looked like he absolutely hated his job smh. He kept giving me a look of disgust like I made hime work there. Did not greet or anything. Smh I rarely go to this one, and I think Ill make sure I dont go back

This is one of the worst DD!! I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for two years, since it first opened. There has been no improvement from day one where everybody was trying to learn how to make coffee. All I see are kids behind the counter. They find it difficult to take an order from the speaker.
