First of all, I asked for a vanilla iced coffee. You would think that usually an iced coffee comes with cream and you should be able to taste the flavoring. That wasnt the case at all. I got all the way home and my iced coffee was not what it should be. Also the person who took my money looked like he absolutely hated his job smh. He kept giving me a look of disgust like I made hime work there. Did not greet or anything. Smh I rarely go to this one, and I think Ill make sure I dont go back

This is one of the worst DD!! I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for two years, since it first opened. There has been no improvement from day one where everybody was trying to learn how to make coffee. All I see are kids behind the counter. They find it difficult to take an order from the speaker.

I have been to this location 3 times for ice cream. One time my order through the drive -thru 2 cones the flavors I ordered were wrong. Two times I came in once at 8:30pm and once at 8:10 pm both times I was told it was too late for ice cream. Horrible service. I will never visit this location again.

I don't go to this location often, but the few times that I've been here it has been pleasant. It is clean and staff is nice. This week I stopped by the drive thru on the way home just to grab something quick to snack on. I ordered an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. The young lady taking my order said it would be $8.33. I questioned that, because in what world does a bagel and cream cheese cost that much? Reading the menu, it said a bagel was $2.19 and with cream cheese was $3.59. She just kept apologizing, but it was what it was at that point. So I drove off. I get it. She's just doing her job, pressing the buttons on the POS. But she could've got a manager - that could have been a learning lesson for her. Or If this particular dunkin is charging nearly $10 for an untoasted bagel with cream cheese, then shame on them! It could be an issue with the POS set up. Not sure, but I was a bit disappointed, especially with having such an awful experience with another location the day before. No beef with this location, just bringing awareness. Pay attention to your orders and receipts. I'm seeing this issue more than I'd like. And everyone is so busy, many people don't pay attention. I can go on about this, but I won't. Thanks for reading.

I always visit here because it’s close to my home. The place is run by kids without any management. I tried to reach the store manager out to complaint about the service time, hygienic measures, quality of the food and drinks. Unfortunately it’s impossible to reach the store manager out. I always wait for 30 minutes for one large latte, so funny. Unsatisfied with customer service, food, or beverages and hygienic measures. Idiot employees touch the money and everywhere… then prepare your order without gloves. It’s disgusting ?? I won’t go this place again.

Ugh, it always pains me to leave bad reviews, especially on food chains because I am familiar with the stress of these establishments. BUT….May this review serve as constructive criticism to inspire growth.
I continue to give this Dunkin grace and patients. However, after today’s visit I won’t be returning for sometime. I rarely buy food from Dunkin but am faithful to the coffee. Any who, today was one of those rarities that I decided to indulge in a pastry, despite my gut, (no puns intended) telling me not to. Sigh, all jokes aside I should have listened. I received a stale coffee roll, for starters, it had hair and lint on it, instant puke in the mouth, something about hair in food gives me the ultimate ick. SECONDLY, as I pulled it apart to remove the part that had hair on it…..I find MOLD inside the roll. I’m in full blown internal tears at this point. Like can a girl just enjoy a sugary carb filled desert without feeling instant guilt for cheating on healthy eating and giving into her cravings. So not cool.
Also, the customer service could be a little better, instead of saying “is that all” in a tone where you just want someone to stop ordering…maybe try, “ is there anything else I can get for you?” Would be such a better vibe.
