It’s almost comical how they found every angry person in a 10 mile radius and placed them in this store. It’s like stepping into one of those restaurants where the staff are rude to you on purpose. Basic greetings are out the window, don’t hold your breath for a “you’re welcome” after you say thank you because you will pass out. I’m not going to stop going to get coffee but I will continue to taunt them with kindness in the most annoying way. See you tomorrow guys 😂

You only come to Dunkin’ for either the coffee or the Donuts… no one comes For the sandwiches. Coffee is good and the donuts are comfort food. You’re not coming to Dunkin’ to lose weight or eat healthy.

If I say I want an extra shot don’t tell Me it already comes with one just add another.

Was extremely unimpressed with product. We ordered 2 scoop hot fudge Sundays with whip and cherry (and nuts) There we no nuts... they could have offered sprinkles or something for the inconvenience. But that was not my primary issue
The two scoops were like 2 tablespoons size. It was the size of maybe one scoop.
The whip cream was a small dollop on the side.
We paid 750 each. I could go to the grocery store and get a gallon with the fudge and whip for less and we would have had at least 10 sundaes.
I guess they don't want customers....
If it doesn't change, I will likely not come back to BR.

over 10 minutes wait on my food drink while watching four other people in the drive-through get served their food and drinks. This is their policy for every store. Their coffee is just as expensive as Starbucks so you had might as well go there. I mean if you are going to be that blatant about mistreating your inside customers that bad then it should be store policy to lock the front door.
Store looked great today, very clean and professional service. 100% improvement over the last visit.

They pad their ticket times by marking an order ready before it actually is. My order was ready for 10 minutes according to the board, but wasn't actually ready.
