This Dunkin cannot get drinks or food out in less than 20 minutes. It’s ridiculous. Four cars sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. No one came to the speaker nothing. Do better.

The new place is a lot nicer than the other one. It's cleaner and the employees seem to be very attentive. I got a small milkshake with a friend and we drank it inside. Seems to be more customers at this new location.

This is a double store Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Dunkin is on the left. There were 2 employees that I could see handling walk-in traffic and drive-thru. It was nice to see a clean store when I mostly do the drive-thru. This location has a wider selection of donuts that I haven't seen available at other locations. I was greeted warmly. I was interested in a dozen donuts, but they didn't have a dozen of one flavor displayed. He checked in the back, and they had more. I also ordered the $6 meal deal! You can get sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel or a croissant. You also get 6 hash brown rounds and a hot or iced medium coffee. The younger employee asked a few questions of the other employee, so maybe he was new. I had two separate orders and had to ask for a cup holder and a large carry bag. The store started to get crowded as I was walking out the door. Great visit. Wish they had the same inventory at every location, including some of the donuts that are advertised online but unavailable in our area.

I’ve been to this Dunkin on a few occasions and most of the time whenever I get a sandwich it is burnt. I don’t see how they can see it come out burnt from the oven and still package it and serve it to a customer. The photos are two separate occasions. So disappointing :/

Didn't get what I need after standing around in front of the ice cream waiting in LINE and not one employee wanted to help me... sad that when I asked if a manager is available they told me no HOW does one run a busy with no managers in duty???? Than asked about a corporate number and they said they didn't know... how how are you all ok with running your business like that??? Never will I go to this location again if the staff would rather eat ice cream and ignore guests disgraceful

The girl on drive thru was so rude at the speaker they didn’t ask for size what portion size of the cup is straight up just asking it that he what kind of size do you need? She just being so rude and just said if you don’t tell us, we just gonna put whatever she want.

Came here the night of 12/23/24 and ordered a milkshake. The milkshake came out literally straight milk , no shake. There was absolutely no thickness to it just milk and chocolate chips. Not to mention the milk was spoiled and had a sour taste. I took the cap off to see if I was dreaming and was immediately knocked out with the stench of spoiled milk. Not to long after that my tongue started to tingle which just further confirmed the milk was spoiled. sigh
