Regular Dunkin location, except the apparently like playing the radio so loud you can't hear yourself talk. Speaker's right above where you stand to order as well. Precisely 0 napkins anywhere.

I am not a person who goes to Dunkin a lot but my wife was getting induced across the street so I stepped out for something quick. I went twice and both times I went inside and even though they were relatively busy, the young man behind the counter was very patient and helped me figure out what I wanted in a quick and efficient manner. It was delicious. What else can I say?

Went at 7:30pm and ordered a breakfast sandwich. I was informed that they had already turned off their ovens, so I could not get any cooked foods. They close at 9pm, so why are the ovens off at 7:30pm? Needless to say I left without ordering anything, and I was VERY upset about it.

Been meaning to review, but came here with my sister a week & a 1/2 ago for ice cream & a donut. (Was met by young, rude, bored employees) Home girl with the pink hair literally snapped on my sister, for trying to pay at the other register. She literally glared at us the whole entire time we ate.. while she layed over the counter, head in her hands, Her other homie mopped the seating area..literally started mopping under our feet. (It was in the middle of the day) we were their only customers & my toddler could have slipped & fell.
From someone who has worked in the food service industry for years take my advice, This place could be top notch but you need to get rid of the kids you hired.

First time here since the one next to it closed.

Drive through was a little slow and super narrow with sharp turns, so take it slow.

I got a hazelnut iced coffee with cream and no sugar and a sausage breakfast wrap. Both were exactly as ordered. Service was friendly and the area was clean.

I love the location and the drive-thru option of this Dunkin’. However, I recently went to get ice cream and did not have a good experience. I was charged for 4 sundaes and additional add-ins, and the girl proceeded to give me just 3 (with no add-ins included) claiming I only paid for 3. I paid for another sundae and noticed that it was a larger cup (another worker made it) despite having ordered the same sundae; so essentially I was overcharged for the previous sundaes. Unfortunately I couldn’t prove what I ordered because they were out of receipt paper and were unable to provide the receipt. I paid nearly $30 and none of the sundaes were correct. Again, the location and drive-thru is great, however the service definitely needs to be improved.

Placed an online order at 6:10am. Got to the store at 6:18, order was not ready. I stood for a few minutes not being acknowledged. After a couple minutes a staff member asked me if I was waiting for something, I said yes, the breakfast sandwich that completed my order. They told me the oven wasn’t turned on in time and it was still warming up but it would be only about 2-3 minutes before my order was ready. 10 minutes later I asked what was going on and I was told it would be 1 more minute. Ten minutes later, 20 minutes total now, I told them I needed to get to work and I couldn’t wait any longer. Nobody offered a refund or a solution, instead I was told it would be only one more minute. I just walked out and none of the employees seemed the least bit concerned about it or made any attempt to make it right.

We finally got to visit the new dunkin in Manassas, and the cashier absolutely did a great job with taking our orders and extremely patience with us since we ordered 4 different ice cream orders (the one pictured here is the pineapple with coconut and rainbow sherbert) along with a mangonada. It was clean inside and pretty steady with customers coming and leaving. They do offer a drive-thru, which is a plus. We will definitely visit this location again.

Vegetarian options: They do offer bagels and other food for a quick bite.

Parking: Decent size parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Seems friendly.

Argh. Where do I start? This new location is really nice inside. The usual taste and such is the same. Unfortunately that's where the good stops.

The service is just awful. I got there at 8 PM, not busy at all. There were 3 employees and it took them over 5 minutes to just acknowledge my existence.

The prices are also very high compared to other locations, and I see people complaining that they charge extra for some items.

Lastly, I saw them dumping entire trays full of donuts in the TRASH! WHY DONT YOU DONATE OR COMPOST THEM?! ?? Do you know how many people that can't buy food would be happy to take those? And how much food waste America contributes to? Y'all should be ashamed.

This is the last time I come here unfortunately. I rarely write bad reviews, but this just ruined my evening.

If i could give 00000 or negative i would-Never come to this dunkin, first off they have dumb kids that dont know how to work, brian and melissa mostly!!! They have no clue what they are doing, the manager is no help, has no brain either!!! Will keep putting up reviews, even if they keep coming down!!!!!!
