Not brand spanking new since it has been open for a while but still fresh enough. Place is clean and has a professional vibe. Staff is courteous but a bit, for lack of better word, new? Food tasted as expected, croissant on the soft soggy side. Drink was a bit sugary sweet but still flavorful. Wish the seatings are more welcoming, right now feel very rest stop-y.

The Rolling Road Dunkin has a drive thru, which is a plus but it's very narrow and large vehicles often need to back up to make the sharp and narrow turn. They also have cement poles. It was not crowded when I went. If it was I would have had a hard time maneuvering that turn. The donuts were fresh like they were recently made. The frozen coffee is the absolute best. You must ask for whip cream and drizzle if you want them. On this trip I asked for both but only received the whip cream. Had to request the drizzle again before receiving it. She was polite and wished for me to have a good day. It a good visit. They carry some flavors the other Dunkin didn't have available.

Love this place. Specially I can either order coffee or a shake. They are improving moving a lil further up where they will also have a drive thru. Great Improvement!

I ordered an iced cappuccino. Three of the four employees has to collaborate on how to make it. The drink was awful it tasted like milk over ice with cinnamon. I asked for a refund and was told they did not know how to process a refund only the manager could do that. They offered to remake the drink but why would I want that. The employee said her managers name is Michelle she did not know a last name or how to contact her. She did not know the phone number to the store.What type of manager leaves that level of employee alone to conduct business. I plan to keep submitting one star reviews until I can figure out how to contact “Michelle” and get a refund.

This location was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere regarding customer service.Not to mention a traumatizing personal experience.One of their employees legitimately harassed & humiliated as a result of me using the restroom twice.An employee started pounding on the bathroom door and yelling "come out of there right now before I call the police!"I legitimately thought it was a joke. She persisted to Pound on the door and yell these things until I was done .I was in there for less than 5 minutes.When I come out she is at the door to confront me and yelling "you need to leave right now or I'm calling the cops on you! What are you even doing in there? "She is screaming this in front of the entire store where customers and other employees are watching this.I was so shocked and replied with"...I was using the bathroom?.."The employee did not accept that answer and accused me of doing drugs in there instead.It was absolutely insane.I still don't even know why she suspected that, that's a very serious accusation to make especially in front of the entire store.I swear I am not a Karen, I never post negative reviews about places. But this was so insane and honestly a lawsuit waiting to happen.She made a very private/personal matter (like needing to use the restroom) on blast in public & demanded I explain why I needed to use the bathroom "twice".Me, my family will never go there again. Obviously.

The truth is, very bad service, they don't greet the customer or say thank you or anything, you have to teach manners more to the cashier Estela who, with her bad attitude, doesn't deserve to be a cashier. Please, you have to teach him how to greet and greet customers.
