⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with the service. The staff rushed even though the store was nearly empty. A donut fell while being boxed, and she put the same one back in. No gloves were used, and I saw her touch her hair while handling food. Very unhygienic and careless.

I normally love Dunkin but this one was so bad I couldn't take the drink I ordered a Frozen chocolate and it tasted so bad like she added coffee to it and I wouldnt have cared if she was truthful and say hey I messed up and added coffee but who wants to drink coffee at 7pm like I understand your busy but if you can't make a simple frozen chocolate get a new job or learn how to do your job the right way

The worst service ever. Waited for over 10 minutes for my order when it wasn’t busy. Employees were laughing instead of taking care of orders. People would be better off avoiding stopping by this location. Never coming back to this location.

I rarely go here and I see the reason why. Immediately when I walked to the register, the lady didn’t even acknowledge me and then a customer randomly came in front of me to do a transaction. Finally, when it was my turn, the two ladies just stared blankly at me. No hello nothing.. I only got a drink. But of course it wasn’t what I asked for. Then when I went to address it, the lady said “Oh you never said that” in an annoyed tone. Instead of saying sorry. Additionally instead of just making me a new drink, she decides to just take the drink that I had and “fix” it. Terrible customer service and ghetto.

I mean it's Dunkin Donuts, tasty. My only complaint is the mobile order system is almost pointless. One time I waited 30 minutes bf calling the store. Now I call the store after 10 minutes. Yes I could "just go in" but generally I have 3 kids in tow and that's like...war.

Typically this place is my go to but they need to work on checking orders and making sure they put orders where customers can get to it. We cannot reach behind the mobile order stands. Also, there is a newer guy there and he needs training.
