9/10 times I’ve come to this location and ordered curbside I’ve had to go inside to pickup my order. And everything time, the employees don’t excuse themselves for even not bringing it out. As well as the coffees never taste as they would at any other location and are not even close to being a pleasant experience. Will not becoming back.

What a scam this place is!!! I ordered dozens of donuts and asked split by two boxes and they try to charge me double because I asked extra box lol I’m calling corporate about this because this is legit scam. Don’t take advantage of people like that.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with the service. The staff rushed even though the store was nearly empty. A donut fell while being boxed, and she put the same one back in. No gloves were used, and I saw her touch her hair while handling food. Very unhygienic and careless.

I normally love Dunkin but this one was so bad I couldn't take the drink I ordered a Frozen chocolate and it tasted so bad like she added coffee to it and I wouldnt have cared if she was truthful and say hey I messed up and added coffee but who wants to drink coffee at 7pm like I understand your busy but if you can't make a simple frozen chocolate get a new job or learn how to do your job the right way

The worst service ever. Waited for over 10 minutes for my order when it wasn’t busy. Employees were laughing instead of taking care of orders. People would be better off avoiding stopping by this location. Never coming back to this location.

I rarely go here and I see the reason why. Immediately when I walked to the register, the lady didn’t even acknowledge me and then a customer randomly came in front of me to do a transaction. Finally, when it was my turn, the two ladies just stared blankly at me. No hello nothing.. I only got a drink. But of course it wasn’t what I asked for. Then when I went to address it, the lady said “Oh you never said that” in an annoyed tone. Instead of saying sorry. Additionally instead of just making me a new drink, she decides to just take the drink that I had and “fix” it. Terrible customer service and ghetto.
