I will never order from Thai pancetta again. The boy was very rude to me, he wasn’t clear on his response to me and when I asked him to repeat himself, he yelled at me and called me things I shouldn’t post here. I’m calling corporate, This employee should never be able to work there again.
It’s a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbin’s. I asked for four scoops, got two. The employee didn’t seem to understand. Payed $4.46 for two very small scoops. Ice cream was good but the service was terrible.

This location use to be the best. Even during COVID their customer service was great. Now if you're curbside pick up comes out, you're lucky. I ordered curbside one Saturday morning and 3 curbside side orders that came after me had their food brought out to them by the same person. At no point did the employee come to my car to see why I was sitting in the pick up zone. Since it was a warm day and I had already waited 30 mins and my groceries were getting warm, I left. When I tried to call the restaurant, no answer. You can't complain online to human, only to a automated system that offers points. After several months, I went back today to get 1 sausage, 1 bacon egg croissants and a coffee. After I got home I realized they gave me two bacon sandwiches. I don't eat bacon so there went my breakfast for the day. I'm not sure if it was a change in management but I hope this location improves in the overall service they provide.

Today, Saturday, December 9th. The cashier who took care of my order, had dog hairs on her sweater, like a lot. That’s no good, for her to be working in a bakery, it’s making them look bad, because they sell food in there. This is not good for the other costumers.
