The piña colada and Cadillac marg were great. The Steak Ranchero was amazing! The quesadllia al pastor was delicious! Our server Bori was fantastic! Overall we had a great experience and can't wait to go back!

Always go here for the birria quesadilla and today they gave me something ive never seen before ...so unhappy the quesadilla had no birria consome and was a mess of cheese and sour cream instead, this is definitely not worth $13 and ill be going to the jarochita next time or the other location on centreville road

Went to Chofita/ El Tolteca in Manassas, VA for lunch today. What a mixed bag. Some food was good while others like my carnitas were so bad. They served me hard chunks of fat and when my husband said something to the manager he started explaining to us that’s how it’s supposed to be. My chef husband remained silent and asked him to remove that from the bill. While I was still eating the rice and beans he took my plate. Later when we received the bill we were charged for the rice and beans. Ridiculous! I was super disappointed overall. Service was slow, server and manager rude, and just an overall bad experience.

I absolutely love the tacos here! I got mine from the purple truck parked right outside their restaurant. The flavor was amazing—definitely recommend!
Janeth was the sweetest. I wasn’t planning on getting a drink, but she gave me a Jamaica (I hope I’m spelling that right) for free! I posted a photo below. It was so good—not too sweet, just perfect. Kind of like a refreshing hibiscus tea.
Overall, this is such a great spot for a quick summer lunch. I loved the food, the service, and the whole vibe of the area. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their drinks and food! Thank you to everyone there!

The food tasted good but I was very dissapointed with what was served to what was described, the Birria burrito said it came with cilantro and union, none of that, also said rice and beans, to my surprise the rise and beans was served outside of the burrito, overall it just felt really low effort, with a side of birria consome, the napkins are like sand paper, you dont get a proper cloth napkin either but a larger piece of paper. Lastly the idea to have advertised business logos embedded on the tables just makes it too tacky, the new logo looks great but these very easily fixable things really brings the experience down a decent notch, literally stuff that can be corrected in an afternoon
