Elegance To Simplicity Catering

What an unforgettable event we had. Andy and his daughter did such an amazing job with my husband's retirement reception. He was extremely patient and worked with me. I had no worries about the day. He took care of everything. There aren't enough stars for him. I tell everyone about his business and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Call or email, he responds very quickly and answers all your questions. Thanks again Andy, it really was amazing and I'm still getting compliments about it.

E2S bailed me out for Freedom High School’s prom 2024 and knocked it out of the park. The menu, food quality and quantity fit very nicely in our budget. The kids were raving about the food and no one left prom hungry. Andy is super supportive when you are lost and are clueless on what you are really looking for and his staff is top notch. 💕

Cannot recommend Andy and his staff highly enough! From proposal to event, Andy was in communication and focused on details we had not even thought of, which was so appreciated. Elegance to Simplicity Catering provided the passed hors d'oeuvres and stationed dinner for our wedding of approximately 135 guests, who raved about the food. Whittling down a menu was a challenge, as ETS offered so many delicious options (including vegetarian). We cannot recommend highly enough the Jamaican shrimp (those did not last), and the meatballs were a hit (none lasted - we had the bacon bourbon BBQ and the Swedish meatballs). The brisket and baked mac'n'cheese were also favorites. But best was working with Andy -- he's such a great person, gregarious and personable, and really showed how vested he was in ensuring our wedding reception was exceptional. And a Marine family, we are always looking to support local, veteran-owned businesses -- that shared experience with my spouse made working with Andy all the more a joy.

Andy and his team were incredibly professional and helped to make our wedding day (about 40 people) a delicious & stress-free experience. Everyone raved about the food and he was very accommodating with a flexible menu (including any guests with dietary restrictions). Cannot recommend Andy and this catering company enough!
