Good Burgers 🍔 But some employees handle the money and Don’t change the gloves 🧤 and are seen handling the food. So food safety is always a concern. The Manager needs to be aware of this problem. This is management 101 for employees practices.

This is a response to you non-reply answer. I spent $27.00 for just a plain cheeseburger small fries and strawberry shake. Your response was “ my prices are based on food cost and customer service “. I am here to tell you none of those are any better than McDonald’s. And the least you should have apologize. But I guess you don’t care.

Delicious food and great crew members. I came in Sunday afternoon and everyone was cool and friendly. The cashier offered my wife a water cup and the crew member who gave us the order offered us some additional dipping sauces. Burger and fries were of great quality. Definitely recommend this spot.

If I could give zero stars I would have. I stopped to use the restroom at the Burger King next door only to find that they have locks and "no public restrooms" so I went next door to this 5 Guys and saw the same thing I asked if I could use the restroom only to have an ignorant man not even answer me but instead said are you picking up an order? I replied no and he said are you gonna place and order? I again replied no I just really need to use the restroom and then he rudely said then you can't use the bathroom. By this time I'm now very upset and say to him you can't let a 8.5 month pregnant lady use the restroom out of kindness because I'm not buying food? And shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Sadly, I will NEVER step foot in this location ever again! It's sad that all the drug addicts and crackheads have ruined restroom privileges for regular people but where did humanity go?

Food would be a 5 but I can only eat meat. While Five Guys provides vegetarian options at a discount, They have chosen to remove their a la carte menu items preventing those eating the carnivore from being able to only Hamburgers and hotdogs without the additional cost.
The fries used to be a generous one regular cup x2 now that's a medium minus the second cup.
Five Guys no more until you change your policy.

Wow I wish there’s an option for no star. So, my 4year old son was press, he wanted to used the bathroom. We stop by at five guy because that was the closest to where we were. Their bathroom had a lock on so, I asked if my son could used their bathroom and the lady at the front refused unless we buy food. Because apparently their bathroom is for customers only. Now, whether or not I am buying, you’re going to deny a toddler from using a bathroom. Anyway, we had to walk down to Burger King and they also had their bathroom locked. But, here is the difference between people. When I asked to used their bathroom, without any hesitation, the lady at the front stated sure and unlocked the door. That was how my son was able to used the bathroom. People can be selfish for no reason. Before you say no to a toddler using a bathroom. Think about your own kid, would you be ok with someone saying no to your kid if they’re press and wants to use the bathroom. ???SMDH.
