If I could give zero stars I would have. I stopped to use the restroom at the Burger King next door only to find that they have locks and "no public restrooms" so I went next door to this 5 Guys and saw the same thing I asked if I could use the restroom only to have an ignorant man not even answer me but instead said are you picking up an order? I replied no and he said are you gonna place and order? I again replied no I just really need to use the restroom and then he rudely said then you can't use the bathroom. By this time I'm now very upset and say to him you can't let a 8.5 month pregnant lady use the restroom out of kindness because I'm not buying food? And shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Sadly, I will NEVER step foot in this location ever again! It's sad that all the drug addicts and crackheads have ruined restroom privileges for regular people but where did humanity go?

Food would be a 5 but I can only eat meat. While Five Guys provides vegetarian options at a discount, They have chosen to remove their a la carte menu items preventing those eating the carnivore from being able to only Hamburgers and hotdogs without the additional cost.
The fries used to be a generous one regular cup x2 now that's a medium minus the second cup.
Five Guys no more until you change your policy.

Wow I wish there’s an option for no star. So, my 4year old son was press, he wanted to used the bathroom. We stop by at five guy because that was the closest to where we were. Their bathroom had a lock on so, I asked if my son could used their bathroom and the lady at the front refused unless we buy food. Because apparently their bathroom is for customers only. Now, whether or not I am buying, you’re going to deny a toddler from using a bathroom. Anyway, we had to walk down to Burger King and they also had their bathroom locked. But, here is the difference between people. When I asked to used their bathroom, without any hesitation, the lady at the front stated sure and unlocked the door. That was how my son was able to used the bathroom. People can be selfish for no reason. Before you say no to a toddler using a bathroom. Think about your own kid, would you be ok with someone saying no to your kid if they’re press and wants to use the bathroom. ???SMDH.

App said order completed before I walked in the door and when I entered my order was no where near ready and there were at least 5 orders still in works before me. Burger Pattie’s were being cooked then running out and more needed to be added before the old orders were even fulfilled. One of my two orders came with unwanted onions in it, I did not ask for onions and that order was for a person with an onion allergy, not sure why they are trying to hurt people. Also the burger Pattie’s were completely over cooked, burnt hockey pucks. Not sure what’s going on with this location in Manassas off Sudley but this isn’t the first time an ordered for pick up has been so bad. Restaurant was very clean, service from staff other than grill was great, burgers were very disappointing.

The food is great but make sure to ask for no salt on the fries as it’s already salty and they are heavy handed with that shaker. This is not a place to go on a budget as a meal can range from $28pp to $78 for a family of 3. While it is on the pricier side it’s a treat to have every few months if you’re in the mood for a decent burger and greasy fries.

$11.69 for a cheeseburger! LMAO! $7.59 for a large fries. LMAO! Seriously their prices are completely RIDICULOUS! Place an order and have it delivered and expect to pay at least $10.00 more per order. INSANE! Check out the response. We're sorry to hear you found our prices higher than expected. LOL! However they don't care and will not lower them no matter what. They only care about the money. Your food is WAY OVERPRICED! I will never go to Five guys ever!
I was so disappointed to have a mediocre burger from Five Guys...before the pandemic , Five Giys had juicy , quality burgers . Now I am overpaying by a large amount to get something that is at best mediocre. Almost $20 to get a trash burger ...All 5 of the guys should be ashamed to charge those prices when the quality has gone the opposite direction

It's 5 guys which says it all. Very helpful dealing with my gluten and lactose restrictions.
Dietary restrictions: Wish there were a gluten-free roll since hamburgers need rolls, but no luck at any 5 Guys with that. At least they told me I shod avoid.
