Food was good but the staff is always annoying about tips, they get pissed off everytime about the tip when they don’t have to serve you your food and then bathrooms are not clean

Worst staff ever. The server came by one time and never talked or refilled my drink. She sat on her phone the rest of the time. The managers were worse! I tried to explain the situation and the manager could care less! There is a great chineese buffett in Woodbridge. Take the trip there from manassas! Flaming buffett sucks!!

Who said tip is mandatory specifically in a buffet. These people are notorious for being aggressive about tip and tip amount. Never felt so degraded.

So we go in to be seated. The lady who works the front takes us to a table and we ask if we can have the open booth next to us. She says “ no, I think a table will be better for you” We sat down and immediately she brought in the next couple and gave them the booth we’d asked for. There were plenty of open tables for this couple. It just made the whole atmosphere unpleasant after that. In fairness the lady who brought our drinks and cleared our plates was pleasant. The food on the buffet seemed to be a little overcooked but edible. It’s not the cleanest restaurant and bathrooms could use more attention. I suggest going in without any expectations and you’ll be just fine. As for us, the first impression here meant everything and we’ll never be back.

Unbelievable it’s like a swarm of hawks just running around staring at you standing near your families table waiting for you to get up and leave so un patient never will be back and once receiving a tip they let you know they are unsatisfied with the amount after practically rushing you out

Good and cheap place to get some Chinese buffet, that's basically what's helping this review, just how cheap it is for a family of 4 to eat their fill. We come here occasionally, and in the summer (when it gets hot and humid) there is a weird smell in the dining hall (probably from all the spilled sauces, drinks, and everything in between. They serve steamed crabs on the weekends, so that's a plus, but there's a ton of cross contamination, so if you have food allergies, you should definitely be careful.
Do not recommend food quality is disgusting outrageous price for not good quality food . Everything is sticky ..

I really enjoyed coming here for lunch, the food was fresh, hibachi made fresh with whatever ingredients you want, server kept our drinks full and took plates away swiftly and respectfully. There was an off putting smell when we first entered but it quickly went away as we walked past the entrance. It’s a huge place with lots and lots of options for American and Asian cuisine. Chicken nuggets tasted JUST like McDonald’s. Sushi was fresh! Lost of options for picky kids. Chicken was juicy! For 12.99 per person is was WELL worth it.
Kid-friendliness: Pizza, mac and cheese, chicken nuggets and fries with ice cream and cake for dessert! Lots of food options for picky kiddos

This place is good, do not get me wrong. the server, THE WORST SERVICE EVER, we got the same server 3 times in a row and all 3 times she has been RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, SPOILED, words can’t even describe her service. she was hovering over my wife and I and makes you tip her what she wants, we got NO REFILLS, our plates were not taken, mean mugged us, and while we were thinking about what we should tip her, she was chewing with her mouth open next to our ears and then she throws the receipt at us because we didn’t tip her what she wanted. i shouldn’t have tipped her at all, she should’ve been grateful for even getting a tip. if you get her i recommend switching to a different server or seeing for yourself how bad of a server she is. she’s the asian lady with short black hair. overall 0/10 service!!!
