Chef Aimee was incredible to work with and, on the day of our wedding, our guests kept raving about the food for both cocktail hour and the reception. Gala Cuisine is terrible. They took over the beautiful Rose Hill Manor and now won't allow your wedding planner to even enter the premises at any point before the wedding. We left a couple of wedding gifts at the venue in the shuffle at the end of the wedding. Not only did several phone calls and texts go unreturned for months, my wedding planner (before they changed the rules), saw Rose Hill USING our items for other weddings. When I asked about our things, instead of returning them or reimbursing us, they wrote me this: "I have not seen these items nor are we responsible for any items left behind, unfortunately. Our clients bring things every week/every day and make sure to take their things home immediately after their event. As far as you seeing them in pictures after your event ... how do you know the client didn't bring in the same things to use for their wedding? We do not offer decor -- so we wouldn't offer it to any clients to use. After every event the cleaners come, do a full sweep of the venue and discard anything that isn't ours." This is after I responded to their request for several wedding photos of ours for their own advertising purposes. My wedding planner says they are terrible to work with and have a bad reputation. Rose Hill was a lovely venue, but Gala Cuisine is horrific.

We Had an agréable time at Foxchase two weeks ago. The service was amazing and the food was so delicious and appetizing. I also happen to interact with one of their general manager name Sammy. A very very nice and wonderful person that gave us a great discount on the gold pacage. I would definitely recommend Gala Cuisine at Foxchase to anyone who’s planning a future event. Great great services and staff.

WOW! I got catering from them for my wedding and pre-wedding events and they did a phenomenal job! The food was amaaazing and I got so many compliments from guests about it :) phew, what a relief! We had pakistani and afghan food and dessert made from them. The venue was ideal and the service was efficient, professional and friendly. Definitely recommended them to a few of my friends looking to get married. Thanks for the great job Gala Cuisine!

We chose Gala Cuisine for my younger brother's wedding. By far the best wedding venue out there. The staff was very attentive, kind, professional. Sammy was there throughout the night constantly checking in on us to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend it for any occasion!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a marvelous expeirnce with this company! Tender, juice beef, fresh veggies, yummy cheesecake... all served a tthe perfect temperature. I didn't get even one complaint and I had over 300 guests!Professional and helpful staff are great to work with!
