Ginnies bakery and African cuisine

I ordered the beef and rice , the beef was served with a fork and spoon. The beef was so dry I could not even cut it or bite it without tearing and flinging the tomato sauce everywhere. I'm not sure if that's how the beef is supposed to be, but it was inedible for me. The rice was great, but 20$ for rice and plantains with this rubbery beef makes me unsatisfied. I don't think I could try it again.

I went there the other day worst Cassva leaf I have ever tasted. Please go to DC Arlington area and get the right recipe on how to make it . You could barely chew it, and it just felt like you were chewing paper. just a waste of my $17 should’ve went to Nori

Wasn’t very good rice smelled like cigarettes my husband and I couldn’t even eat the food because of the smell it wasn’t edible at all waste of money

Surprising to find this lovely Ghanaian restaurant in a food court at the mall. It is a family run bakery with full menu of delicious dishes. I loved the fried tilapia, the red red, the meat pies and the jollof.
