Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken & Wings

Hi! I got a milkshake with my order on DoorDash and didn’t receive it. I tried calling the store and it seems you can’t even leave a voicemail :,) I’m usually chill about this stuff but I was really needing that milkshake after a rough night. Server lied to my door dasher about giving her all my items. I’m really upset and genuinely disappointed since I’ve eaten at different restaurant locations and have never had this happen before. :( sorry to be a bit of a loser about this but ong I wanted that milkshake.

I'll have to say the only reason they didn't get 5 stars straight was because the speaker was out at the drive through and still had to wait 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us to serve us. Waiting for them to cook to order wasn't an issue foods great. JUST DON'T BE STUPID AND GET THE SAUCE YOU HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER FOR. Everything is good the tempo is definitely building I may come back in a month to see if it's still the same

Went to the Hungry Joes tonight. The card machine was not working so I paid cash. Placed an order for two combos. The folks who came in after me got their food before me. The food was just ok and I did not receive fries with one of my combos. The fries with the other order were cold. Attempted to call the store and the answering machine picked up and said it was full. Not happy.

Ask for the bowl and this location didn't have rice at both of my visits. Can't go wrong with the no heat level heat chicken wrap.

The chicken was not heavily battered and deep fried like other locations. They were a bit conservative on the sauce and seasoning for the chicken sandwich. 😔. Which are some of the highlights of the brand.

2 girls working here Roselle and Nicole in back were amazing ! They were a packed house and they absolutely deserve the utmost praise .. and more staff /help! Hope there was a cook back there.. I am impressed if there wasnt. Well done! I have 30 + years in the restaurant industry— I know hard work and capability when i see it !! 👏 🙌

Clean, bright, and good vibes all around. A great spot to chill and enjoy some spicy food. Laid-back atmosphere with good music and a welcoming feel. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy—easily some of the best Nashville-style hot chicken I’ve had!

How is it that every time I order something with cheese it doesn’t have cheese when I get the food home?Three times in a row now. When I called the person that answered the phone told me they would “remember my name and make sure to try and get it right next time.” Do better.

everytime I order they give me no sauce I even ordered with extra sauce, happened 3 times

The food sucked so does the atmosphere and a little bit of the service.But one of the people who work there was pretty chill. He was a teenager and he made me laugh. He needs a raise.

Food is great. Service is terrible. Every time I come here their “system is not working”. Maybe they should fix that???? Don’t go through the drive through unless you want to wait 30 minutes
