I had the chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Thought it was very tasty, but what sets them apart from other chicken sandwiches is the portion size. Very generous portion. I'll be coming back.

Why offer coupons through other sites if you don’t take it? They offered a deal where you pay for a coupon and get $20 off your meal. We drove 20 minutes out of our way to use this coupon to be told I can’t use it here? Annoying because I could’ve just went to the location next to my house. It’s only valid at this location and the coupon itself says it can be used for dine in or takeout.Also the chicken sandos are bigger at all the other locations I’ve been to and the fries are very skimpy compared to the Gainesville location. Definitely don’t recommend.I wouldn’t come back here.Also noting - beware of all the 5 star reviews. They’re offering a free sando if you give them a 5 star on google reviews so you could do that if you want a free sandwich.

My husband and I have ordered here plenty in the past. The food always takes a while, but last night was a new low. He ordered ahead of time, accounting for that. After he got there, they gave him an order that wasn’t ours, because ours hadn’t even been made yet so he had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to correct the order. Upon correcting the order there was no apology, no remorse just “we need the other order back. There was a mistake”Also it is HIGHLY unprofessional to wear pajama pants to work, especially in food service and they were very clearly wearing fuzzy pajama pants. I don’t know if it is a trend, but I thought food service had uniforms?The food is good, but the customer service seems to get worse each time we order.There’s a Raising Cane’s coming soon, so I don’t know how much more we’ll order from here.

I accidentally got in the drive-thru line, and boy are they slow. Monday 7:00 p.m. wasn't very busy, but I waited over 15 minutes for them handle two orders. Can't tell you about the food, but you should just go inside to order.

I did the drive-thru. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to get my food, plus I didn't get the correct order. I should have checked the order before I left the area. I will come back, but this time I'll go inside. Those fries were fantastic!
