The bowls are great and the Mac salad is amazing. The spicy pork is probably my favorite entree I've tried here so far. The bowls are a good size for the value. The employees are very friendly and my carry out orders are consistently ready in 10-12 minutes.
Great food. The portion size was surprisingly big. The price is incredible. It tastes very fresh. The Katsu Loco and Chicken Loco werent oily/greasy. The Mac was moist and flavorful. Very generous with the rice. I would definitely order again, especially the Bulgogi Loco.

I'm so glad I came here for lunch. I don't get to this area very much nowadays, and it's been far too long since I've visited. I got the Spicy Teriyaki Loco Bowl. It was everything I needed: delicious, comforting, and satisfying. I could easily have inhaled another bowl. But, hey, I got constraints! Instead, I got Spam Musubi to go, hehe. Very casual, laid-back interior, just like Hawaii! 🌴 😋

I’m very allergic to peppers and spicesso my food choices are usually very limited and I wanted to try hawaU, normally food spots usually don’t care and my pepper allergy because it’ does sound really stupid but when I ordered the chicken teriyaki, they left me a nreally kind note that said they specifically made my chicken plain with no added seasoning or spices and in case I wanted the sauce as it its spice is rlly minimal they put it to the side and also gave me extra coleslaw since I couldn’t get peppers as a side due to my allergy, to me this was 10/10 business and customer care and will definitely be eating here again, hawaU is absolutely amazing , top notch food and obviously great high class tier customer care and service , loved it.
Chill vibes, great delicious food with decent portions, the mac salad is good and customer service is met with a smile and don’t you dare forget that loyalty card either! Chicken loco is my repeat fave.
