Happy to provide some detail on our experience. We came in on 12/6. It was our first time and a band brought us there. The bartender was rude and not welcoming. Since it was our first visit, we did not know what you offered. We were told there was no menu other than on a TV screen around the corner on the other side of the bar. The drink menu was limited for us, though we understand it is a brewery. We don’t know what non-alcoholic beverages or food was available because it wasn’t listed and we weren’t told. No one ever came to take our order. We did like that the venue is apparently very dog friendly and the flag on the wall was beautiful. Parking was easy.

We hosted our first Gears & Beers event this past Thursday at HBC and it was fantastic! We had a great turn-out and the hospitality that Joe & team provided was second to none. We'll be back the first Thurs of each month till the end of the year for our Jeep & 4WD meetups. The music was awesome as we had Josh Holland play a live acoustic set and the beer was ice cold. Can't wait to come back. Thanks for having us!

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The beer was okay, but I didn’t have a good experience here, and I am going to leave it at that.

I’ll round up. It wasn’t quite a 5 but wasn’t a 4 either. Great atmosphere. Bartenders were nice. Open space. Beer was good.

I’d go back for one of their event nights.

We appreciate businesses that stand for something bigger than themselves — especially when they support veterans and the community as much as Heritage Brewing Co. does. Their commitment to quality, service, and giving back aligns perfectly with our mission and their brews are top-notch. Whether you’re enjoying a crisp Freedom Isn’t Free IPA or a smooth Kings Mountain Scotch Ale, you know you’re drinking something crafted with purpose. If you haven’t been by their taproom yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. Great beer, great people, and a great cause—what more could you ask for? Cheers to Heritage Brewing! #VeteranOwned #HeritageBrewing #veteranssupportingveterans

I don't know why we haven't been here sooner! Heritage Brewing Co. has some phenomenal beers. German influenced and very tasty. It was a slow February Sunday and only one person was staffing and she was friendly and attentive. The pilsner was light, almost like a Czech style of beer. The amber came off malty and butterscotch and faded away to a smooth aftertaste. The dunkle was a classic dunkle, dark and wheaty with some bread and spices. The best was the Scotch ale. Rich, bourbon barrel tasting and very tasty, but not super high in ABV which was nice. There could be some improvement with lower tables because those high standard barstool chairs with no backing are pretty uncomfortable. Will certainly be back, as they are indoor dog friendly and looks like a bunch of seating outside when it is nicer and warmer out.
