Good selection. The problem is that you have to cook it yourself. You are trying to cook and eat at the same. While you are eating, it's starting to burn on the plate. The scallops are floating in a sea of ice cubes so you get more ice on your plate than meat. For the price, you can go to a Japanese steakhouse and get dinner and a show.
Overpriced for what you get.

I visited with friends and unfortunately, the staff’s rude attitude made us feel very uncomfortable. No greeting, no smile, and they were impatient the whole time. Not coming back.
Went with a party of 9. We had a great time. The Servers were excellent. It is a bit pricey, but we had so much h fun it was worth it!

Enjoyed the food. The service was amazing! It was our first time trying a hot pot, and the staff explained how everything worked and helped choose food and sauces.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!! I went here not too long ago and ended up in the hospital with such severe food poisoning due to the lack of cleanliness and food safety. I had to go to a medical center first and then ended up fainting on the way home from the medical center and go picked up by ambulance and taken to the hospital where they had to give me fluids and medication. Thankfully I have insurance or else it would have costed me 5000$. My boyfriend ended up having to throw up at the restaurant half way through our meal and that’s the only thing that saved him from being where I was. The waitress barely said anything. They DO NOT change the grates on the burner when cooking different meats. They had pork chicken and beef being cooked on the same grate at the same time by a random guy (who was not our server) which is highly unusual since you’re not supposed to mix meats that require different cook times and are all completely different animals. The staff clearly had no clue what they are doing. The whole “buffet” thing for the hot pot toppings and stuff was dirty and a lot of the stuff looked like it had been out all day with no proper refrigeration on the bar itself. It was all warm and gross. Never go here unless you are begging to get a week out of work or even in my case, poked with needles and prescribed medication I had to take for a whole week and a half until I was well enough to refuse to work.

Our visit was about a month ago for a birthday. Food is very good, specially some meat, but I have few concerns about this particular place:
1- We entered five minutes before 9pm, at 9 the waiter told us the buffet will be close at 9:15 but you can stay to 10pm, and if you left food in your table, they will charge extra $10/person, I don't how to measure the food that your family will eat it in the next 45 minutes???.
2- The waiter came in the middle of our meal and forced us to pay before we finish eating???.
3- The waiters forced us to pay at least 18% tips saying that it's only three options for the tips with minimum 18%.
4- One member likes the bbq, the other likes the hotpot, but the whole party has to get the combination and pay more.
So, in fact it's not worth it to waste your money and time.

I frequent this location monthly but what ever was in the atmosphere wasn’t good. No one needs to know my day wasn’t the best but I go here to get a piece of mind. However today turned my nose a little. Our Server Jeanie was nice until it was time to pay. I normally don’t have a problem with giving a 10% tip or better but today just wasn’t a good day so instead of her getting $6 tip I gave $3 the last of my change. All she could do was remind me that it wasn’t a 10% tip she kept repeating it in front of my son. This hurt me I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location again. Some people can give and sometimes they don’t. She should be thankful that I have given something and not nothing at all. The bill was 57.75.

I was a bit hesitant about going because of what I read about rude waitresses/servers, but I did not get that at all. Maybe because they were slow but they actually took time to show me how to cook my food and always made sure to ask us how we were doing in-between their runs.
The actual food was really good, did not taste anything that was nasty. I loved the curry pork belly, the spicy chicken bulgogi, and the spare ribs. Beef brisket was good also. Sauces were good (I recommend sauce #2 with a spoon of fresh garlic). I ate most of the food wrapped in lettuce or bok choy with some rice.
It was my first time eating Korean BBQ and the service really made that experience good, not to mention the food. You will be full by the time you get to a 3rd round of meat.
*Kyung is amazing, she's a sweetie.
