Hot and Sour soup was bland and unlike other hot and sour soups we have had, also oddly thick. The fried rice was also unlike what we have had anywhere else in a more negative way. The core chicken dishes were a mix of good to okay.
We tried the vegetarian sweet & sour chicken, and vegetable flat noodles, and both were great. The woman working there was also very sweet and friendly with everyone who came in, joking with a regular and treating a kid to extra fortune cookies. It's the classic hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant, but it's very clean and well-kept.
Really good Chinese food. I had the sweet & sour pork. Very fresh and delicious with big portions! Great flavor and very hot. Sticky rice also very good and lots of it. Tasted the egg rolls and they had some good flavor, not just bland lime other places. Can't wait to try other things on thd menu. Great spot!
