Owner is a great person! He had just bought this location in the beginning of February and is a very welcoming and friendly person. Management is great and so is the environment.

This is BY FAR the worst Chinese food Iāve EVER eaten! Iāll include details, but you donāt need them - RUN in the opposite direction.
We got the combo Hunan beef. Generous portion (and thatās the only compliment this place warrants). I didnāt think it was possible to make bland Hunan food. Wrong! This food had no seasoning. No flavor at all. And, the container for the combo wasnāt divided, so all the sauce went into the rice. Lovely, our tasteless meal was also bone dry. Oh, the veggies were barely cooked. Crunchy is welcome in this dish. Raw is not.
Unfortunately, the beef was the highlight. Turns out tasteless isnāt Hunan Gourmetās worst fault. Nope, theyāre capable of truly disgusting. My favorite Chinese food is moo shoo pork. Iāve been eating it for nearly 50 years. I never conceived it could taste this bad. Looks awful. Tastes far worse. I actually spit it out and dumped the entire container in the trash. One of the nastiest things I have ever tasted!
Itās not enough that the food is inedible. Nope. According to the person who āservedā me, the prices on the website havenāt been updated in years. That horrendous food actually cost more than expected. (She said it was too much work to keep prices updated online.) Plus, they have a ācash onlyā sign and said that any use of any card will result in a surcharge. Wish I had walked away without the food when they increased the price at the restaurant. $30 down the drain, and no edible dinner. Just say NO!

My go to place was closed today, I was driving through Manassas Park and saw this place so I decided to try it. I got the hot and sour soup and the Hunan chicken lunch special. I didnāt like the flavor of either and the food was very bland. My Hunan chicken had so many broccoli end pieces that I thought the broccoli end pieces were a substitute for another veggie. I didnāt even get a fortune cookie. This is a write off for me.
Wanted something quick for lunch. Egg roll was crispy with fresh veggies, Iād order them again. Ordered dumplings but the dough was too thick and I wouldnāt I order them again.

Their food is good , I just find it quite unsatisfactory that we were given 1 singular chilli sauce for 3 meals...1 Chile per client makes sense if it's only 1 meal :/

I ordered the pork fried rice and two egg rolls. (total $15.90)(My friend ordered 6 egg rolls, chicken wings, chicken fried rice, pork fried rice, and crab rangoon for a total of $55). The pork fried rice was dry but tasty.- service was ok: the person taking our order was curt and not very courteous). The place was very cold, and I wore a black winter coat.We asked for napkins for two orders totaling $70.90, and she gave us 3 napkins even after my friend asked for a handful.
