The IHOP in Manassas, VA at Galveston Rd. was Great. The Server Kenya was very courteous and professional to my wife and I. The food was excellent and prepared just right. We will be coming back.

We have been coming here for a while now at night/early morning and Matt is always great! He is great to talk to and very attentive as a server. Very personable and ensures we always have everything we need. Only IHOP we go to because he's the only server that ever seems to actually have a personality and happy to be there.

Apologize, I found the wrong franchise, this was at a different location and it my location was off, which put this as my nearest IHOP, in truth it was in North Carolina.

Can't comment on the food. When I arrived, there was 1 party before me. Even though existing customers were leaving, no one was being sat. By the time I decided I would wait no longer, the line of people waiting for a table was out the door. Good luck!

Wow, I need to tell you all about my experience at iHop. Today is our festival, and we went there directly after prayers with my kids, all dressed in cultural clothing. From the moment we stepped in, the treatment we received was appalling—bad customer service, rude and dismissive staff, and outright ignorance. They looked at us with ugly looks, ignored us completely, and showed no respect. When I tried to ask questions, they brushed us off like we were invisible.

And when we tried to leave, they didn’t even bother to care or acknowledge us. It was as if we didn’t exist. Even my little kids could feel the double-faced attitude and the resistance from them just because of how we were dressed.

This kind of treatment is disgusting—racist, discriminatory, and unacceptable. We were targeted and treated unfairly just because of our cultural clothing, and their behavior was shameful. We walked out angry, disappointed, and hurt. I immediately reported this to the corporate office, but the fact remains: such behavior should never happen anywhere.

I’m sharing this because no one should go through such ugly treatment and blatant discrimination. Today is a festival for us, a day of celebration, but instead, we faced this disgrace. Shame on you, iHope, for showing your true face. We deserve respect, dignity, and fairness, regardless of what we wear or where we come from. Sham on such a reckless resistance animal not a human being.

I probably should've stuck with breakfast. My burger was not hot or warm and well...nothing to write home about. We were a large party but our waiter tried his best to keep up!

Abysmal service. Stood at the front and no staff were around to greet or offer a table. When someone did arrive the asked me what did I need. I asked for a table. The person took me to a booth and dropped the menu on the table and left. After looking through the dirty menu I waited for several minutes to have someone at least take my drink order. The only person to say something to me was the man sweeping the floor. No wonder they were not busy on a Sunday morning. Took it as a sign that I should just leave.

Staff is racist. I came in and I'm greeted by an elderly black man with a limp who doesn't hold the the menu and silverware for me, but did for a couple (who were white) who just came in behind me. As he's about to seat all of us, he points to a corner where I can sit and goes to the table where he seated the couple. Three tables that came in after me (also white), were served before me. The waitress even looked at me and went straight to the other tables. I left and took my business elsewhere. So glad there's a Starbucks across the street from here.

Everything worked out after discovery was made that the IHOP APP is dysfunctional. This seems to be an issue that is not being corrected.

Leave it IHOP to forget a straw or condiments, ordered through DoorDash, wasn't driver's fault! Ordered a $15 appetizer only got 1 option for condiments, they forgot it. I sent message to driver about my drink, he got my drink, IHOP forgot my straw! My $15 appetizer was over cooked and dry...

Very nice IHOP. Attentive service. Food is great. Very convenient to Harris Teeter, Great Clips & other shopping center stores.
