There is a young girl with oversized glasses that was working with Joshua tonight (9/28)and she stated infront of customers (myself and a couple other people) that she felt like she was tripping. Then proceeded to mess up an order (only thing Joshua did wrong) when she told Joshua she said it’s ok and they bagged it. She was moving very slowly and just acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. Joshua was an all star! He did pretty much everything for my order but that young lady needs more training. She definitely needs to learn customer service, and not once smiled the entire time I was there. Absolutely unprofessional and I expect more from jersey mikes employees.

There is particular Hispanic young lady who I find to be a little rude. I often visit and each time she’s behind the counter preparing my food she seems to be a bit rush y with my order. I usually have special details (not complicated at all) about my sandwich that she seems to disregard and simply not take seriously. I truly hope that she understands she is working in a “customer service” based environment and should practice being a little more friendly. She’s the only one whom I’ve dealt with there who i particularly find rude and dismissive. Also, while I was in the middle of giving her my order, she totally yawned in my face with out even covering her mouth or excusing herself. Unprofessional and rude towards a customer in my opinion.

Sad experience at Jersey Mike's today. Visiting from out of town and came into this location. All the chairs were up on tables. We asked the two workers if they were open and they just stared at us. We asked again. Got a shrug. So we ordered. Asked if we could put chairs down to sit on and got a shrug. So we did. It was really odd. Store hours showed they were open for along time afterwards... we were there at about 1:30pm... anyways, didn't tip and sand which was delicious. Great taste and made well. Just poor service.

I just ordered 2 cheesesteaks from here, and the young man that waited on me was absolutely awesome. Good customer Service is so very important to me and to our society, Jersey Mikes does it right. I love subway also, but have never received such wonderful treatment there.

went there on Monday night 6/19. I ordered 2 #9 subs, over $40 and there was hardly any meat on both subs and it ended up being a lettuce n tomato sub......will never go back to this Jersey Mike's.....like the girl that made it was paying for the meat.....deserves NO stars
